I am a vulnerable patient because of health reasons and feel safe to have Physio at New Lynn Physiotherapy as it's a clinic with careful and safe entry criteria - which is great for clients and staff. M.I would 100% recommend this clinic to everyone. I suffered from severe Migraines. Not anymore! Nicky worked on my neck for a few sessions and I am amazed! Nicky has given me skills and knowledge to take with me as well, she not only healed me but gave me some really great life skills for prevention.I really appreciate the kind nature of this place and Nicky! H.I had a crook back and I was desperately running around for some help. New Lynn Physio was very helpful in providing me with some time options and even alternative places to try.
I have been seeing Tom there and the service had been excellent. They are up front about their appointment times and cancellation notices. The price was reasonable.
Tom was able to provide exercises to do at home and work, helped massage my spine.
I would recommend this physio to anyone in the area or in general. I found out later this was the same place my mum went to as well when she fell over they treated her with respect and helped her get back on her feet.
D.I had been experiencing terrible neck pain and daily headaches but thanks to Nicky, they're completely gone now! She fixed my neck alignment issues in just a few sessions. Nicky also helped me work on my posture to get rid of an ugly dowager's hump I was developing at the base of my neck from sticking my head forward. If you're suffering through headache and neck pain, I'd highly recommend New Lynn Physio. I'm pain free and I feel amazing.
A.Great location, friendly staff! John Lim is my physio therapist, he is not only helping me with my left side shoulder injury, and took his time to write two letters to my doctor and my employer explain to them about my injury & the healing time he estimated, etc.; he also took an extra mile for helping me fight for my bad cold... John was so patient & kind, and I'll be planning to get more treatments from him in the next week or two...! Thanks New Lynn Physiotherapy, I'd recommend to all!! Well Done!!!

Had headache treatment from Nicky after years of headache pain, visits to doctors whom would just dose me up on pain relief medication of which now has no effect.
Had four treatment sessions and was headache free.
I never thought I could be rid of my dibiltating pain.

J.After just arriving in Auckland from the UK, and having lower back pain, I was recommended to visit New Lynn Physio, and booked with Rebecca who is such a lovely person. Rebecca gave me some exercises to work on, and after a few sessions my pain had reduced and I was able to start going back to the gym, on which I didn’t think I would be able to do so soon, I would definitely recommend calling Lani at reception who is another lovely person who makes you feel even more welcome, and get booked up with Rebecca for any problems you may have. Ow I can enjoy what New Zealand 🇳🇿 has to offer pain free thanks to these guys,

C.Fantastic treatment, Lovely staff. Would recommend New Lynn Physiotherapy to anyone with an injury. after months of pain / GP visits, MRI's, Painkillers, Specialists. I can say this Physiotherapy / Acupuncture is what has helped the most and the only reason i'm out of pain today. 5 Stars. Much Appreciated.
