G.We have always had excellent professional service for several A&E situations - I was in and out in under 90 minutes for a consultation with a nurse, a Doctor and X-rays back to the Doctor and nurse. Lovely personal environment. Huge thank you to the team on duty on Sunday the 9 January (Ascot quoted over 3 hours before a consultation, on saying that the receptionist was very helpful)
K.Absolutely exceptional care, service and experience. Recently broke my toe and the speed and efficiency with which I was cared for, was excellent!

J.Dr Govind is a legend, went out of his way after hours to Covid swab 20+ people after a positive case spread though 2 house holds. Would definately recommend him to all seeking medical attention and Covid testing. One Health team are efficient and thorough with examinations. Rest assured this clinic has a team of experienced drs, nurses and the Practice manager Jean is one of the most caring ladies at the clinic.
V.Dr Andrew is so caring and helpful, and lovely with our tamariki. Thank you for your help, you made our Saturday! Dr Pei Yu is also a top bloke, so efficient. What a thorough and competent team of docs at OneHealth. Tino pai!
l.I just want to say thank you to Dr. Renata. My daughter was discharged from hospital few days ago. No improving at all and even having more difficulties to breathe than before, Dr. Renata saw her and gave us a whole new treatment and in 12 hours my girl was breathing normally and happy. He brought our happy girl nack. Many many thanks from our family.
D.I have used Onehealth every time I have needed a Covid test and never had a bad experience. Wait times are always short & staff make it clear what you need to do. Great service 👍🏼

>Pulled my back. First time there, plenty of car-parking spots. Showed up to the reception and was told to wait for 10-20 minutes. One doctor working that day. He left telling the nurse he will be back soon; he was back half an hour later. I was still third in the cue. sure
>Finally called out by nurse, she was little bit demanding. telling me to answer the questions and don't add extra details. sure
> saw the doctor, did a few questions, examined me, assured I was fine. If trouble occurs, return and see him. I was out in 5 minutes. Didn't offer me prescription for steroids or pain reliefs, nor ACC, radiology scans forms. lmao
N.Came here to get my partner checked out after an accident. Dr Pei Yu was absolutely lovely, very helpful, and upfront while still being kind. Went the extra mile and called an ENT specialist for advice. He reassured my partner and eased his anxiety around going forward with caring for and treating his injury. All the rest of the staff were great too!
j.The actual medical practice is excellent. The overall service and facilitation of making appointments as well as availability has gotten worse and worse over the years. I have been a clinic patient since 1992. The reception team are good in person but not good in working through timing issues, or challenges. The practice has also become more administratively focused over the last few years. I would change practises but in the area there m are few alternatives.
b.We went here to get our travel COVID tests for our international flight and they went over and above to get us through! So happy and impressed!
L.Excellent facilities efficiency plus. I've been attending One Heath over a number of years and always I've found them to have a first class team of medical professionals. A team of receptionists nurses & doctors who take their respective jobs seriously and to a high standard.
Thank you One Heath for what you do and how you do it.
M.Wonderful care, great staff and facilities. Finally got relief from my back pain flair up from traveling to NZ. Saw two other doctors who didn't help before coming to One Health. Was with the doctor within 10 minutes of checking in. The doctor and staff were very compassionate, understanding, paid full attention to my history & symptoms. And they finally got the problem under control. Would highly recommend them for urgent medical needs or for a primary care doctor.

I started going to one health about a month ago and I have to admit, I am very happy that I did. The clinic, came highly recommended from my boss and I decided to give them a try.
I have been there twice to get my right elbow injury checked and both times I was seen by Dr. Sanjay. Such a knowledgeable doctor and he was so understanding about my pain, he explained every single detail of what was going on with my elbow, showed me my reports and talked me through them in the most simple and easy to understand.
Really glad to have switched doctors.
G.Dr Sanjay Govind was awesome, very decisive, friendly and informative. I feel very confident that my illness will get better after seeing him. Didn't get a name of the nurse because she didn't introduce herself and I couldn't even see her name badge which was covered by her cardigan, no smile, felt cold, felt like she didn't wanna work there. Receptionist was ok. The only reason I gave 5/5 is because of the great doctor, other staff probably 2-3/5.
F.Dr Nigel Tay and nurse Davina were very friendly and professional, Dr Tay was very patient with me, the wait was incredibly short and I’ve received some great care. Would highly recommend OneHealth Remuera!

We were a walk in patient with emergency and they took care of us well nearing the closing hours.
