Truly an invaluable experience as a medical student. Dr. Vikas and family, the other doctors, the receptionists, the nurses and all other members of the team were so warm and friendly. The practice itself has tremendous values and the patients were always willing to speak to the students, which all contributed to a more educative experience.

Dr Vikash is an outstanding doctor who is very professional and empathetic. He truly makes the patient feel heard and understood which is one of the many qualities that really spoke to me. Dr Vikas’s involvement in other projects and aspects of healthcare adds to his wealth of knowledge and skills, which is evident by the high standard of healthcare he provides. The efficiency of the Prana team is also very commendable. I would very happily and highly recommend Dr Vikas and Prana Family Health. my whole family and friends even in the emergency whenever we message gets instant response my kids says Dr Vikash is not only doctor but he as equal to God any problem he solve quickly magic touch God bless him. I am impressed as no other Doctor could find out underlying cause of my disease and I was getting the symptomatic treatment , I lost the hope but then I visited Prana Family Health, Dr. Vikas caught the root cause of my disease and started the treatment Immidiately. Staff of Prana Family health is very polite and professional. I am better now with a hope that I can live. Thanks to Dr. Vikas, He is the best doctor I met in New Zealand.

I love Prana family. Dr Vikas has been the best doctor and we have been registered with him since the time we came to NZ. Dr Vikas is not only a good doctor, he is also a great human being. He is always there to guide and if something is urgent, he tries to make time for you despite of his busy schedule. The nurse, Manpreet has been my favorite nurse, kindest and sweetest. The receptionists are very polite and always very prompt in responding to calls and emails. I feel grateful to have a such a wonderful doctor and the rest of the team.

I've been with Prana for over a year now and I can't thank their doctors and staff enough. They are very caring and have always been very responsive about my requests. I was going through a lot of health related stress last year and after seeing multiple GPs I finally got to meet Dr. Vikas Sethi who's been an absolute gem. He's extremely patient and puts you at ease with his explanation. He would try to educate the patient with what's going on and that itself takes away half of your stress. Another doctor I would like to thank is Dr. Thilanka - caring and a good listener. It's extremely important to find a doctor who wouldn't shun your concerns and takes them seriously and that's what I like about both Dr Vikas and Dr Thilanka. Thank you for looking after me Prana.

Dr.Vikas is the best one I have experienced in Auckland. He is professional and well experienced. I understand the staff in the center cares about Covid situation. So nowadays they are doing phone consultation, and I admit it's very hard to get the appointment cuz they have lots of registered patients. Comparing to the other doctors who only ask you to drink water, I prefer waiting. Thanks.

Very professional, highly recommended to anyone. Top quality service from everyone from the receptionist, to the nurses and Dr Ramya. I felt that I was not rushed in any way and it did not feel like a mass process ordeal. Dr Ramya was very thorough and patient with me and I felt like I was given the best possible care. I'm very glad I made the change from my previous GP as I have not experienced this level of care for a while!

I had my first appointment which was a bit disappointing but after I contacted the clinic to tell them about my interaction with another doctor. Dr. Vikas called me immediately and apologized and offered to give a consultation. He is sweet, understanding and a doctor who really cares about his patients. :) Thank you Prana for caring.

Easily the best medical practice in town (and probably whole New Zealand)! I went at Prana today to seek some medical advice, and now I know why it comes so highly recommended. To begin with, the clinic offers a very warm and friendly environment when you enter. The support staff is simply amazing. And Dr Vikas, no words can express my praises for him. He is truely a gem of a person; very friendly, caring and willing to help in the best way he can. All in all I found him very approachable! Would recommend everyone to give them a try if you are seeking medical attention.

Dr Vikas is a great doctor. Unfortunately hard to get his appointment on time. Never meet appointments on time. I Can understand medical emergencies. Unfortunately every time we face delayed processed.

My experience with their staff and Dr. Vikas has always been great. They are really good at what they are doing and they always try to make their patients life easier. I’ll recommend them to be best service in healthcare after trying others over the years.

Best health centre. I recommend this place. Every staff member is perfect in thier work like receptionists, nurse manpreet and male nurse and doctor kalawanti.... everything is perfect. But unfortunately we have moved in south Auckland and it is far from us now and feeling difficult to find such place in this area.

I regard Dr Vikas Sethi as one of the most respected professional who takes good care of each & every patient. Reading some other comments, only negative aspect which I came across was the wait time. Well, if the doctor is good, every patient wants to see him. I remember the days at East Tamaki Healthcare at Sandringham when appointments were not in practice. We used to line up at 7:00 AM in tough winters to put ourselves ahead at the opening time of 8:30 AM. 80% of patients lining up were only for Dr Vikas. Remember - Patience is not simply the ability to wait - it's how we behave while we're waiting

Words can't express how highly I recommend Dr Sethi. His wealth of knowledge & experience and gentle, caring manner make him undoubtedly the best GP I've ever been attended by. Even better now that he has his own practice, a beautifully clean and comfortable modern facility, and all the staff that work there are wonderful too. Thank you Vikas & all the Prana family!

Best doctor in town. may take long to get his appointment but he will give you good 15-20 min understand your problem and then give his diagnosis. I my experience he makes you feel very comfortable and doesn't rush things.

A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was very impressed by the front office and Dr George was a pleasure to deals with and very informative about every step she took in assessing my daughter. Dr. Vikas is a gem of person. He is truly and genuinely caring. Always listens and doesn't rush the patient. He has that human touch which seems to be missing with many others in the profession. Highly recommend.

What a clinic and what a beautiful management they have,Looking at the negative reviews here,I feel sad. The people here need to understand that a doctor is also a human being,he can have personal priorities / Problems as well. Why are the people complaining here for wait time,Please go to Emergency department in Auckland hospital and see how much the wait there is,I know we can`t compare an emergency department with a day to day clinic but the protocol is same,An emergency can happen anywhere hence it becomes a priority for any responsible doctor whether it is a clinic or emergency department. You rock VIKAS SETHI,Haters gonna hate,Makers gonna make.Please keep helping the community,We all are blessed to have a doctor who really cares for the patients ,Not like other doctors around who will always provide you panadol,No matter you have cold and cough or you have any other problem.

A family-run 'family practice'. Vikas and team provide a very caring environment for their patients. All I can say is that their service is top notch.
