I had never been to a counselor before and I found Charles through a simple google search. I met Charles when I was a total mess, friends, family and business had got the better of me and I trusted no one. Just by talking to Charles on the first day lifted a massive weight off my shoulders and since then regular meetings have helped keep my thoughts in check and helped me to understand my feelings. I would recommend Charles to anyone looking for a neutral understanding ear to speak to.
