After putting off the hassle of trying to see a doctor under level 4 restrictions for two weeks I knew I had to see a Doctor. I phoned first and the Doctor rang back at the specified time, asked the relevant questions and told me to come to the surgery. Doctor was a new Doctor to this practice- Dr Lobo. She was very efficient and thorough despite there seeming to be only two Doctors on duty. I didn't feel rushed or fobbed off. Very pleased I saw her, and the medication she prescribed is working well. Thanks Dr Lobo.

doctors great. wheelchair entrance. had shortness of breath and heart problems and receptionist said to me at 1pm that i would have to wait until 5.00 to see a doctor.omg. only trained for reception. no one supervising. she is not allowed access to patients files. not medically trained at all. needs p.r. training. put in formal complaint to my doctor and went to Waitakere Hospital and i was seen to immediately.

I have been going to this medical centre from when it moved to Lincoln rd from Railside. 40years later I have to move but would of still been with them if this did not happen. Yes, they are a bit slow in taking patients for there appointments but I always came out satisfied. Thank you Doctor Caldwell and all the receptionist I have meet in 40 years. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service from reception doctors nurses and the pharmacy. I always walk away feeling well cared for and treated top notch. I am happy to have signed here as a patient along with my wife and children some 9 years now. A very well run business.

Brilliant experience at Ratanui Medical clinic this morning - for my Mother : Judy Gill post op (knee surgery). Very caring & thorough nursing by Jo & Irene and very kind care by Dr Marquis who goes the extra mile to care for his patients. many thanks.
