B.Staff are lovely, Doctor Sue was excellent.
The only problem I have is that the receptionist promised to sort out my surgery date that has been tentatively booked for the 3rd of March. Said I would get a call by close of day yesterday to confirm I am still waiting. I think she was trying to match up a nurse with the Dr at the time she booked me.
Tried calling this morning had to leave a message.

E.My husband and I have seen Dr Wong for 2 years at New Lynn and we have been impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Reception staff were friendly and helpful with booking and insurance related queries.
D.I was nervous being referred here based on the reviews but found them completely unfounded. Sure there was a wait for an appointment but it wasn't unreasonable and it's not like they're standing around waiting for work. The Dr was very pleasant and efficient, and the nurses were all exceptional with their level of care.
B.Very pleasant desk staff and skin specialist was thorough, balancing professionalism with friendly courteous attention. He explained everything and his plan of treatment reflecting on previous data.
I feel confident about having regular checks.
B.Good personal, really low waiting time, however the price is high.
