It was our first time to visit Skintopia at Commercial Bay Auckland City for eye brow wax. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we did not make an appointment, there was a cancellation and we got the slot. The atmosphere inside the store was very positive and very clean. Prices are reasonable as the services and products used are of high quality such as Dermalogica. Thank you guys for an excellent service and maintain the good work.

I really enjoy my weekly treatment at Skintopia with the team, I always feel great and enjoy the care and quality of the LED and Dermal Needling, I feel fresher and younger. A special thanks to Thai for her exceptional customer service. Highly recommend.

What a exceptional experience the pressure of the facial was great, I was told what was going on my face and the chairs wow comfy. I went to SkinTopia for the very first time! When I came in, I was greeted by Bridgette and a skin specialist with warm smiles and then offered a lovely cup of tea. A friendly demeanour reassured me that I was in good hands. I am very happy with the outcome. 10/10 would come back.

Amazing experience. Laura is the absolute professional providing excellent advice, outstanding treatments where I can see a real difference in my skin and her warm, friendly manner keeps me coming back.

I love coming to Skintopia. Their holistic approach to skin means they consider how your lifestyle impacts your skin, which I love. My treatments with Renae have been effective and thorough. She is a great listener, and always makes my skin feel its best. There are many thoughtful elements to the service here that elevate Skintopia I think; like the tea on arrival, the smells, and the sounds that play during treatments. A holiday from the world.

I had such an amazing experience at Skintopia Auckland! The space they work in is beautiful, it makes you feel very relaxed even when you're in the busy CBD. From the start to finish the ladies were very professional and helpful. I booked in for the Skin Analysis with Julia, she made me feel very calm when showing me what my skin looks like at a deeper level (which can be very daunting). She recommended products which were suitable to my skin but was in no way pushy to make sales, she said to build up my product range over time when it suited my budget. I would 100% recommend Skintopia to anyone wanting to know what to use on their skin rather then spending lots of money on products not suited to them. The skin analysis is normally $50 but if you buy a product it becomes free which is great! I already can't wait to go back again when next in Auckland and try one of their treatments! Thank you to the Skintopia team for helping me out!

From the tea the team offers when you arrive to the personalised skin care, I fully recommend Skintopia. They are professional, welcoming and relaxing and you’re likely to leave feeling like you’re walking on clouds after a facial (also highly recommend the massage combinations). All in all, a 10/10 experience for me.

I took my Mum to Skintopia for a Mother's Day facial (ProSkin 30) - she said it was the best facial she ever had :) Super relaxing, loved the warm blanket placed over us and great results following the facial as well. The advice post facial as well was great. Didn't feel like I was being pushed into buying product, but they gave me some good authentic advice on how I could improve my skincare routine. Can't wait to visit again.

My experience with Skintopia was awesome! I had a ProSkin 30 treatment by a lovely staff member called Thai and she was very knowledgeable and welcoming. I really enjoyed the relaxing treatment and it left my skin glowing! Highly recommend 😊

Wow, this place knows skin. I was looked after by Thai and she knows her stuff! I learned so much about my skin doing an Observ Skin Diagnostic. The sceptic in me thought it would be a gimmick but it’s actually quite useful - it’s one thing being told your skin type and concerns and it’s another seeing the evidence yourself. Turns out I’ve been spending money on skincare that isn’t necessarily right for my skin. Would highly recommend this service!

Such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I love the holistic approach and detail in my consultation. I felt my skin concerns were really listened to and was blown away by the results in 30 minutes. Highly recommend the Pro Skin facials and will certainly be back on a regular basis. ♥

I had a great experience at Skintopia. Having the Observ Skin Diagnostic was incredibly informing. I learnt a lot about my specific skin type and really loved how Thai then personalised the treatment (ProSkin 30) to my skin's concerns. Was glowing afterwards!

I went here for a facial and my skin was unbelievable after it, I would totally recommend this/the team was very personable and thorough. My new products suit my skin perfectly and the expertise of the staff made sure of that. Easy 5 stars. Thai gives such a relaxing and detailed facial!

Skintopia got really nice place for your facial. The reclining bed is really comfortable. Thai really did a good job in taking good care of ky face before my wedding. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience at Skintpoia. I had a consultation to discuss my concerns followed by the Proskin 60 treatment which was really lovely. Renee did a fantastic job for the facial and the atmosphere makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I came out feeling very relaxed and my skin was glowing. I cannot wait to treat myself to another treatment there soon!

I've only been here for wax's but the customer service is brilliant. Im looking forward to booking in for a skin/facial treatment in the New Year. Its an amazing spot, great location and competitive prices. Would highlight recommend those who haven't yet, give Skintopia a go!

Have really enjoyed my experience every time I've visited Skintopia so far - Thai is super knowledgeable and really helping me understand my skin and develop a better routine to look after it without making it overwhelming!

I had issues with very dry skin around my eye area due to dermatitis and flares up frequently. I had skin analysis done with Skintopia and provided recommendation to undergo LED light therapy which made a difference in my skin. Recommend to give it a try.

What a gorgeous spot! Amazing to have such great clinical expertise in such a calm and elegant surrounding. Renae was wonderful- loved the facial and then her guided, detailed skin assessment and plan. Already loving the products I purchased, and was happy to have a few new ones to try. Highly recommend.
