K.Got my covid vaccine this weekend from them at Otara market centre. Daamnnnn I was so impressed with the organisation.As we did the drive through vaccination, we were welcomed by all the staff, instructions were very clear and went way beyond the expectations and provided water at every pit stop. After vaccination at observation area, the clinical lead nurse (Irata) made sure we were okay and looked after us so veryyyy well. Highly recommend the way they provide the customer service. I’m taking my whole family there now ❤️ well done team.Gbu
B.Southsea’s HealthCare helped my Family out when while we were in Isolation there Food Parcels are top notch man great items and are suitable for families especially mines….THANK YOU GUYS

M.The best health care that I have for my son. They always call and check up on my son even when we are in trouble on covid-19 they call and check if we need help with our daily needs and even one of the nurses tht always give us help her name is Mrs Fuifui Tasi she's the one who always got us food parcel or even milk for my baby and voucher for us to help us shopping through this tough time.. thank u so much and I appreciate your help. L.Once they know you, their service is awesome. I recommend them to people because they are affordable and good service. You can walk in at 4 any day of the week u are unwell but waiting times can be longer depending on how many people. otherwise booking times can be available anytime to any doctor once you are fully registered. If you are a new patient they will need to fully know you before they can let you come visit them like other health clinics. Otherwise staff are good.
M.have been with ETHC for years many years, until i had enough of their service fat up with the waiting time, and Doctors not checking u properly but working within their time, finally decided to make the move to South seas and honestly best decision Ive ever made for me and my family totally recommend it for our Pacific People especially for our elderly they are awesome I have always dealt with Dr Maryann who is amazing fully professional and lovely to deal with and I am sure all the other doctors here are amazing as well the hygiene of the place is excellent, no waiting time, even the Lab guy is amazing and not to mention the Receptionist she is so lovely and always tries to fit me and kids in if required, thankyou so much South seas so worth the change.
L.I'm so glad there is a Pacific-focussed GP clinic. The GP's and staff actually do care about you and are very thorough. I urge many of my Pacific brothers and sisters to enrol here. If you want the best care for your parents and children, leave east tamaki healthcare and go here.

F.Wonderful service, quick straight to the point - no angry face receptionist that thinks she is better than every one- Friendly and they are about the Pasifika Community -- if you wanna LIVE go to these guys

M.Thank you TEAM for the groceries care packages I received today for myself and my family. This ISO package is well packed and it included many 5 star healthy food brands. It had everything from, milk, peanut butter, toiletries, washing powder, rubbish bags and many more.
Thank you to the 2 people that dropped it off and a huge thank you to the entire team behind this amazing company.
