K.Just went in our covid test. Staff are extremely lovely, kind and accommodating - from the screening questions, guiding us through the carpark, the nurses- everyone is awesome especially I had two little ones with me. It was evident they were tired but everyone was still sliming. Thank you very much!!!

X.Amazing team; kind, competent, efficient. The waiting room was full but all staff were so helpful and kind. I saw Dr Rosie who was so welcoming and helpful, it was the first time I’d felt comfortable with a doctor (being a person who usually avoids seeking medical advice unless necessary). Great experience, would highly recommend.
M.Good clinic and having all emergency facilities available, however long waiting which may lasts for 2 to 3 hrs sometime, depending case to case. Staff are good but you can expect some arrogant too. Receptionist is usually cooperative and listening person except one or two. Phone calls are long waiting and it’s better not to call just visit instead. Admin and account communication gap noted. Doctors and nursing staff are good and knowledgeable and cooperative.
e.My husband was having a toothache for 3 weeks and while on lockdown there are no dental clinics accepting tooth extraction they only refer you to other clinics again and again and some even charge him for a 60zd phone consultation just to refer him again to other clinic, not helpful at all. My husband is so desperate and call all dental clinic across auckland and try his luck with White cross , at first no one answer but they gave him a call back. And just for a few questions they booked him right away at a very reasonable price. Nice staff too! Thank you WC st. Lukes!
H.They were pretty good. The first doctor could see that the physical evidence agreed with what I said. Unfortunately I got severely triggered by violence on the TV and they referred me to some people who then psychologically abused me whilst in "care" ... I probably would have done well with some sleeping tablets when I asked for them, but this request was refused.
S.Went to WCC because my GP was busy. Was greeted with genuine positivity at reception. Was given a waiting time and returned for my appointment short while later. Nurse was friendly smart and compassionate. Waited again for doctor. He was smart, friendly, compassionate, swift and communicated brilliantly. The whole experience was just great. All covered by Acc this time too.
N.I was seen within 2 hours after walking in this morning at about 8.30am. Dr Sam was great. When I called ahead to find out prices I was told it would be $61 but when I got there I found out it was $123 as I was in a one year working holiday visa (if you have a 2 year work visa it's $61). Although was much higher than I expected, I needed to be seen and I was happy with the service.
E.The only dental clinic who accepted tooth extraction while on lockdown. Easy to talk to and reasonable price compared to others. Nice staff. Thank you!

c.The best place to go if you have an accident. These people are bloody awesome and they have an x-ray there as well. I know the waiting room looks very dull however the staff know their stuff.i would give it 10 stars
T.Despite the clinic frequently being quite busy I appreciate that you are always able to come in for a walk in appointment with a doctor. The staff is generally quite friendly and attentive, and do what they can to be of service.
T.Went there to get tested for Covid 19, I have no symptoms but went to tested as an essential worker. Staff were great and helped me to relax before proceeding to test me.

J.Emergency and after hour sevices
I.➕ I twisted my ankle (searing pain) 🤕 and was directed to White Cross in St Lukes because they have X-ray facilities and a radiologist. I was treated there under ACC cover.
The X-ray showed that I had a bit of the fibula broken at the bottom, near my ankle. They fitted me up with a boot and crutches. There was a specialist who had a surgery there and who saw me periodically. A physiotherapy surgery is attached next door to White Cross, and they oversaw my therapy and recovery. I thought they were very competent. The leg healed itself quite well. The nurses and doctors at White Cross were always courteous, diligent and efficient.
