The reception team will go above and beyond to help you when you’re in need! I was very short on time to submit my Medicals for Immigration. I rang every clinic throughout NZ in hope that they’d understand how desperate I was to get my IME done. Unfortunately, most centres were booked out until the end of April or even the beginning of May due to the 2021 One-Off Residency. Some clinics were rude enough to even taunt me for having delayed the process. Then I rang up World Wise (my unintended last resort) and explained the whole scenario. Catherine from the reception team was the first to answer my call. She jotted down my contact details and promised to do her best to help out although they were booked out until March. Exactly one hour later, I receive a call from Catherine saying that she’s managed to find me a slot the same morning! But I was 30 minutes away from the clinic and explained that I’d get there a little late. They were nice enough to accommodate that as well. After my document was submitted to Immigration, I received acknowledgment from Judith via email a few days later confirming that it was all done. Long story short, the team is extremely helpful and I highly recommend this place.

I would 100% recommend visiting WORLDWISE if you are planning on traveling overseas. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to say thanks again to the team at WORLDWISE for their incredible help. I originally visited for a Yellow Fever Vaccination which the doctor was able to give me along with some helpful other information. About a week later I called up feeling stressed and overwhelmed after getting some incorrect information from my GP about additional vaccinations. Jude and Robyn were amazing and booked me an appointment the same day with a medical professional who was able to get my the necessary vaccines and talk me through some additional questions. She was patient and helpful and I walked out feeling so much better than I came in - even with the sore arm! Travel vaccinations can be pricey but the expertise and professionalism at the Newmarket practice is worth every cent. I will go be going back before my next trip for sure.

The staff at worldwise Auckland goes above and beyond. They are so kind, professional and efficient. I highly recommend their services. I recently lost my yellow fever vaccination form and even though I had relocated to the United States the staff very quickly and cheaply sent me a replacement. They were so helpful and saved me a significant amount of money!

Worldwise travellers definitely goes above and beyond to help you out. I needed to get a medical check up done for immigration and some complications came up, which made me think it was impossible to get the tests. I spoke to Robyn about these and she made sure I was able to get my tests done on time. She even called the other test labs and updated them on the situation too. She is an absolute gem. Everyone at Worldwise is absolutely lovely and helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough!!

Wow, what a great company. I recently visited Worldwise in Auckland for a travel consultation before I went overseas. I was pleasantly surprised at both the value for money, and varied knowledge of the Specialist. The consultation took 45 minutes, covered everything I needed to know and gave me the confidence that I will be travelling safely. The staff were approachable and very friendly. I was able to receive my vaccinations and purchase some additional travel items on the day, a one stop shop.

I highly recommend their service because all staffs are very friendly, very polite, very helpful and very professional with well trained, specially I would like to thank Maggie and another lady who sit next to her, sorry I forget her name but both are very helpful and very kind. Thank you so much for all your support 😊

Wow..... so much knowledge and such friendly staff. The consult was definitely worth it - money well spent, and having one of the foremost travel doctors in the world available was icing on the cake.. I was able to plan my trip effectively and schedule all the time I needed to get the right vaccines at the right time - glad I didn't leave it too late!! The staff at the clinic made me feel welcome and relaxed and I came away with a few items I hadn't even thought of to make my trip even better. Thank you everyone - will send postcards!!!

My husband and I both found our recent experience at Worldwide to be a positive one. We consider that the reception staff, Lisa and Jude are a valuable asset to their employers as they treated us with kindness and respect and went out of their way to be reassuring and helpful. Dr Mei Ling Lee was fantastic and caring and very professional. We would highly recommend.

Having lost my yellow fever certificate a year after travelling through South America from New Zealand I was in a bit of a pickle being from the UK with plans to soon travel to Africa. But at no cost what so ever this clinic understood the dilemma of my situation and fulfilled me with all the details I needed to get a replacement certificate in the UK in good timing for my appointment. Thankyou for understanding my situation and helping me out of trouble at minimal costs/ no further injection!

I attended the Auckland clinic for the first time recently for my Maritime Medical Examination. I usually find these medicals a total inconvenience from start to finish, but I have to say honestly this time it was so quick and easy. The staff were friendly and efficient whilst still being very thorough. Well done guys, I'll be back.

Great clinic. The staff are super nice. I came here for an Immigration Medical for my NZ Visa. I needed an appointment urgently - and the receptionist was able to move some other slots around to accomodate me. I really appreciated that. The clinic is conveniently located just off the motorway in Newmarket - with plenty of parking. Great service. Thanks Worldwise - I will be back.

They are fine. However I was not aware of some costs that occurred on top of the vaccine. . The $50 consultation fee was not included in the vaccine package and they didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. My mum got the same vaccine and consultation for $140 in a walk in appointment down south. As a student I was just going to wing it but I thought if its $140 then so be it. Anyway they stinged me $216 which was a little pricey for me and they were aggressive when I asked them to explain the price.

Literally the best clinc I have ever walked into. Down to earth receptionists and doctors. The sexond time I went there was a few weeks after the 1st and the remembered my name and greeted me with a warm smile. I was going in to get a slip to retake a blood test so I went in thinking I has tested positive for a serious illness and they knew that I was apprehensive so they found s specialist immediately and made time to explain why I needed a re-test. In the end my stats where fine but they took the time to explain without an appointment. Love this clinic!

Great down to earth staff. Consultation was very relaxed and at no point did you feel rushed or that they were trying to push vaccinations that you might not need. Highly recommended, ask for Claire. She rocks!

I have gotten my medical done with them twice in a year now and have experienced extremely efficient service even amidst lockdown and changing alert levels.

I found my Worldwise consultation very comprehensive, thorough, and informative. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and they made me feel relaxed and at ease. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a business or leisure trip. Excellent service and very good value for money. 10/10.

Fantastic service. Very friendly staff in reception and the medical team are amazing. Building is very easy to find with plenty of parking. I would recommend Worldwise to anyone.
