L.My daughter, who is a competitive athlete, severely injured her ankle during a basketball game. Initial visits to the doctor and physio left us feeling unsure about the diagnosis and that the right action was being taken to ensure the quickest and best recovery. Anna gave us reassurance and understood our concerns having worked with elite athletes before. She fast tracked appointments with other professionals and her communication was excellent. It is without a doubt that Anna was pivotal in the faster than expected recovery from injury. Her personal manner, knowledge and expertise gave us the confidence and direction we needed during this challenging time.
B.A friend recommended I make an appointment with Anna before the start of our winter sports season as 2 of my children had developed foot and ankle pain. Anna's assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan was excellent. The Hub is a welcoming environment and Anna is super friendly whilst also being efficient and professional.
C.Our initial consultation was fantastically thorough and left me completely educated and assured of recovery with Anna's recommended exercises, shoe advice and understanding of the issues. R.While training for The Te Araroa Trail, my left foot starting experiencing increasing pain as I added extra pack weight and distance to my programme. I chanced upon Anna via a google search and from our very first consultation, have never looked back! Anna's experience in sports' podiatry is very evident; she not only has a vast knowledge but her professionalism and customer service are exemplary. Anna is delightful and a great listener, really delving into the detail of any relevant history in order to find a solution to the problem. As an endurance triathlete, I was looking for run and bike orthotics to increase my stability, efficiency and speed, as well as addressing lower back pain on the bike.
