N.Very nice and spacious medical centre in Highsted. Dr Terence is extremely knowledgeable and caring, Katie the nurse and Jill the receptionist are all very friendly and helpful, couldn’t recommend them enough. Definitely 10 stars !
A.Have always been happy with the dr after I see them here but I think they must have too many patients now because I have to wait a week for an appointment for my child who is sick.
U.A very nice friendly , responsible little surgery in Christchurch. Can always get appointment on the same day. Parking is relatively easy. Alll staff very friendly and knowledge. Quick at answering phone calls. Nurse always get back to me promptly with test results. They also have online prescription request
N.Absolutely the best doctors in Christchurch ! They may be a small surgery in a quiet suburb, but the service was impeccable. The receptionist was very welcoming and made the enrolment process super easy. Our children was seen by Dr Adrienne who really listened and helped us. even though the consultation went over time, we were not rushed by Dr Adrienne. we could not have thanked her more. This is a hidden gem !
M.I would agree with everyone else feedback about this place . They are just simply brilliant. Have been coming year for a number of years now. Really good old school , excellent service from the team who actually “cares” about you. Love the warm receptionist , friendly nurses and knowledgeable doctors. Why would anyone go elsewhere ?
J.Highly recommended !! I recently moved from North Island to Christchurch and had trouble finding a surgery that is willing to accept new patients. I was glad that i found Casebrook Surgery, their staff is fantastic and professional. I had my depo injection done by a very professional male nurse who took the time to explain everything. Though they could do with a bigger waiting area as the surgery is small, i cannot complain because i only had to wait 1 minute to be seen. Unlike some other surgeries where i was always doublebooked and had to wait ages to be seen. Overall, very happy with the service i received and would recommend to anyone looking for small, friendly and professional GP surgery
R.Truly caring people! With the Measles outbreak going on in Christchurch , they not only look after their own patients, but also casual patients who are not enrolled with them. Phoned them and felt the nurse really took the time to answer my questions, including my partner who was unsure whether he has been vaccinated in his childhood, and also my children who were at the high risk group. Couldn’t rate them high enough. Thank you for being so wonderful!
M.This is the clinic that I would recommend to all my friends and family. The team is always so friendly and understanding of my situation. I never felt rushed. The receptionist lady is simply wonderful and Dr Terence did a wonderful job.
T.I agree with all the feedback placed before me. They are the best doctors in Christchurch . Most of the times I can ring and get seen on the same day . Unlike Riccarton clinic, papanui medical or others , sometimes I had to wait for at least a week to be seen ? All 3 doctors , nurses are very goood
P.By far the best GPs and nurse in town. It’s easy to miss this place as it is not on the main roads, so it’s a bit like a best kept secret for the residents who live in Regents Park, Northwood, Harewood and Casebrook. If you are like me, who prefers a community ; friendlier Medical practice team, then this is a really good place . Can’t praise them enough. Unlike the bigger places, I’m actually treated with respect and dignity.

s.Excellent great doctors! recently moved here and found out that this is the only GP accepting patients after reading a few googl reviews. First visit a nurse took vital diagnostics eg BP etc which was free.. receptionist was also lovely ! good friendly small clinic.
C.I’m so glad to found this place- the entire team is professional. Dr Roland really goes out his way each time to explain things in a way that I could understand. I have since recommended a few friends to come here. I also find the online booking system very simple to use . Thank you for being a caring community medical practice !
