Absolutely amazing service. Receptionist very helpful and polite. A grade customer service. And the ear dr who sorted my hearing problem out friendly. Did an awesome job and very very quick. Can't recommend this team enough. If you need something to do with hearing sorted don't look further than this place. Thanks team I really appreciate your help.

I went to Here Again today because I was having a cotton tip stuck in my ear. I went to the Ashburton Hospital and the Christchurch Hospital and nobody could help me. When I went to Here Again I was very well treated, and most importantly the cotton in my ear was removed successfully. The attention of the doctor and receptionist was great. Thanks so much for helping me.

I feel fantastic after visiting the clinic. Surprised by how good the service is. I'd definitely recommend this clinic to anyone interested in improving their hearing or their ear health.

I am not a robot, I say this as I am often asked when doing Googlely things, also because with Hear Again I was never treated a robot, or a customer, I was treated as a patient, I was treated as a person with compromised hearing that Neil from Hear Again Hornby wanted to assist in improving my hearing and, as a result, my life. He (we) were not a little successful, we were and are hugely successful. I have worn aids for the last 10 of my 60 years. I have dealt with some of the larger firms, who (how it felt for me) treated me as a customer. Rather oddly, given the business, it never felt like I was being heard. My wife read reviews and booked me in at Hear Again. She felt that the reviews made Hear Again stand out from the crowd. She was 100% right. From the moment I went in it felt different. I can say that there is nothing that could have made the experience better and, as a deafish person, I want others to have the same experience. Neil won’t be buying a Range Rover or an Audi with what he got from me, actually he’ll probably make enough to fill a gas tank once. For me it wasn’t about the cost, it was about improving my ability to hear. I actually can’t imagine my hearing any better than it is now is. I can hear in meetings, in bars, when driving, when watching TV. This has made 3 people very happy, me obviously, my long suffering wife and Neil. My joy was his joy. That sums up how it is. I’ll tell anyone about this because it has been really lovely, life changing actually. I’m not sure if it was intentional, I reckon it was, but when I was leaving Neil would look away and say goodbye, just for his own enjoyment. If you are considering doing something about your hearing, go form a relationship with Neil. You’ll be as happy as I am. No animals were injured in this review and no bribe offered (I would have liked the opportunity to decline!). Thank you so much.

Excellent service As a retired professional, I believe that I can pick professionals in various fields. Neil's response to dealing with my 92 yr old father was completely professional, competent, efficient & respectful. I witnessed a superb service to my father. Such independece is valuable in an industry where firms seem to be just into selling product - Bay/Triton etc. I've, disappointingly, seen how they've previously dealt with Dad. I highly recommend Neil.

Hear Again lives up to its name full stop. Last few years I have had blocked ears, gradually I lost majority of my hearing. I contacted Neill and was booked in within a few days, 10 minutes into my appointment he had 100% cleared my ears and I gained all my hearing back. This is the most satisfying experience I’ve ever encountered, I’ve recommended this place to many of my friends who also have had recent trouble with their hearing. Once again I highly recommend, such a great price ($45) and so satisfying. If I could give 10 stars I would! Looking forward to my next appointment in a years time.

I have had hearing aids for the last 20 years but feel that Neil of Hear Again gave much better & more caring service than previous suppliers. He went to a lot of trouble to fine tune my new aids and I am especially grateful to be able to hear my friends better when we meet for meals out. Exceptional service from start to finish. Receptionist was so helpful and fitted my husband in. Neil was wonderful to work with and my husband left a happy man being able to hear again. If I could give more than five stars I would but we will never go anywhere else again. Highly recommend this brilliant service and brilliant people.

I went in just for my ears to be cleaned only for Neil to solve an issue with my hearing aids ive been putting up with for a few years now that i previously could not get rectified. I got more that i was expecting and have will be back again. Great team and great service.

I am currently trialing new hearing aids hence a work in progress. I have been to other audiologists & have never received the professionalism,care & help I am receiving. This is a whole new experience for me,one of learning to hear again. Neil Hardisty is really helpful helping me with any issues. He as well as Moira are very friendly & nothing is a bother. Fully recommend - Neil is friendly, professional and really cares about getting your hearing sorted. I woke up a week ago with almost no hearing in left ear. Turned out it was just wax, but it didn't come out easily. Neil tried several methods, and even extended my appointment for free after having me walk around a bit with waxsol to soften it. And in the end I got my hearing back just in time for Christmas :) It feels awesome, the world is way more alive without all that muffling, even more than before I woke up with it fully blocked. Thank you!

I have worn hearing aids for 12 years and hated them all that time .I had a block ed ear and a work mate made me an appointment at Heart Again .It was the best thing .I took a set of 2 year old hearing aids that I was given from the family of a dear friend who passed away aged 96. There was no suggestion they weren't suitable to use .Neil made sure that I got what I wanted. Comfortable and clarity being the most important. He even adjusted them as he thought they were to visable. A most pleasant experience .thank you so much .I would recommend them 10 out of 10.

My experience at Hear Again, Hornby has been amazing. A neighbour recommended this clinic and having been aware of my deafness for over ten years I decided to take the plunge. The initial testing required concentration but Neil 's positive reassurance meant it was all accomplished quite comfortably. When it came to choosing my hearing aids there was a wonderful array of colours available so I thought I might as well have a bit of fun and chose shocking pink. The main reason being that my eyesight is not great and I thought they would be easy to spot if I dropped them. From day one of wearing the hearing aids I have embraced all the noises that now fill my world. I haven't found them unpleasant - in fact it has been a very exciting experience. The bird whistles are unreal. I am really enjoying conversations with family and friends without straining to hear or responding with some inept comment. My immediate family have noticed the difference and if I am a bit slow putting the hearing aids in, I am prompted to do so. I found I was a bit slow taking in all the directions regarding care etc. but Neil is extremely patient and happy to run through things, once again, at the follow up appointments. I started by using batteries that lasted about 9 days but have since bought a battery charger, which has removed the worry of wondering when the battery might die. I am about two months into wearing hearing aids and now wonder how on earth I coped without them. I would like to add that the receptionist, Christine and Neil, the audiologist have been very helpful from day one. Christine Ward

I had really great experience at hear again neil is really friend and professional guy.he guide me thru whole process.he even used diagram to make clear picture of my ear and Cleaning progress.he relieved me from my ear pain instantly. I totally recommend him 💯

My children wanted me to go for a hearing test - they were frustrated at having to repeat themselves to me all the time. Neil at The Hub Hornby store was wonderful - so patient and caring. Turns out I needed hearing aids and Neil helped me with finding the right ones at a price I could afford. My children are thrilled with the results, and it is so nice to hear everything I was missing out on before.

Well my name is phil and I went to acc for some hearing aids and was declined. So I went looking at hearing aids at Hear again in the Hornby hub,where a young fellow by the name of Neil. He has been a awesome person to deal with I had an issue with things being too loud for me .Neil was able to fine tune them for me and now they r great. I brought some rechargeable aids as acc weren't funding me for batteries. So thanks so much Neil at Hear again for a very helpful and pleasant experience kind regards phil
