B.The doctors are great - Mary Irvine is knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. Unfortunately the reception team are dreadful - they are extremely rude and make the simple act of booking and attending an appointment an awful experience. They are genuinely so bad we are considering changing practices, which is a great shame as the doctors are wonderful.
K.Really lovely team, always professional and friendly and while my doctor is the best ever, any doctor I've seen in her absence has also been awesome. The nurse team are patient and kind and are always empathetic if I'm ever nervous about procedures. Wouldn't go anywhere else :)
E.I never thought I'd write these words... my vasectomy with Dr Phil Hamilton was a great experience. I'd never met him before, but was referred by my GP. From start to finish, Dr Phil made me feel comfortable and we actually joke around a bit. Professional doctor and all round top bloke. Now in recovery without any problems.
A.Fantastic team of doctors, nurses, and receptionists. With a chemist in house it's a quick effective high level of service.
They very promptly saved my life in one instance. Can't speak highly enough of the merivale medical team
M.I agree with Evan. My vasectomy experience was actually enjoyable.
Phil is legend and definitely knows his stuff.
R.Just to be aware that if you have it as open on the website during the Christmas new year non stat days to either inform patients or not close early as I tried to get my prescription after work before 5pm. and almost ran out as it closed early both weeks
