R.Have now changed Dr's.. was not happy with one I had been going to over 25 years ... still go to the same practice but another Dr who meets my needs
A.In my opinion, the service you receive all comes down to the doctor, their knowledge and your rapport with them (i.e. YMMV). I would like to recommend Dr Petra Heutink. She has an excellent manner, listens attentively and explains things clearly and thoroughly. She is a credit to her profession.
S.Used to be a patient here before I moved. Great doctors. Returned not long ago and wanted to sign up to the practice again. Not impressed with the reception staff attitude. Sorry for daring to ask a simple question. Won’t be back.
T.Have been a client since childhood and my doctor is has always been a caring fellow. Most of the staff are a delight but I have noticed that ever since the Palms went in and gourmet muffins became an accessible item, while the centre was renovated and the paint went from Clinical white to albatross alabaster some folk now behave as if Shirley is some Kind of nouveau Fendalton in the Christchurch Orient. This is certainly the perception I got from the stuck up receptionist whom I dealt with yesterday while trying to book an appointment. Well, she did me the favour of keeping my pockets full that day but my doc will be pissed that I blew most of it on a nice fat bucket of K Fry. That asides, it has been a great clinic and Doc McGin, not my normal Doc, is like your Stephen Donald of Docs. A.k.a Mr Fix it. Top team minus the Sour Senorita who maybe was having a turd of a day.
M.The nurses seem to rule the roost here. Dr Philip Gray is great. The reception is blatantly rude when one calls for an appointment no empathy at all
K.Very nice and helpful staff. Doctor's are very on 2 it and stay in touch if they think something might be worng.
S.My Dr is really nice, Dr Vance Yeoman. He has been my Dr for 25 years
