S.I had two treatments with Mia and Jess today and both were exceptional. Mia used just the right amount of pressure for my massage and Jess was a master of reflexology. Thank you ladies, I have already booked to return to Total Body Concept!
L.I've tried a lot of places in Christchurch but Total Body is by far my favorite. Toneya is really knowledgeable! It can be tricky to get an appointment at short notice or during popular times (evenings/weekends). Book well in advance!
N.I'm new to the area again after being away 13 years from NZ and came back to here and also my husband and absolute 5 star to all the staff, the easy booking system and the location and stunning premises. Thank you and will share with others to go here. VERY nice and great team.
K.The best invigorating facial with an added on micro from Abbey. She was so sweet and informative but also very highly skilled with her facial techniques. This day spa has the most amazing vibe and the staff are so warm and welcoming. Having worked in the beauty industry myself for 15 years, I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
s.Great place to have a relaxing facial in the heart of the city, open on Saturdays. Ample parking on site. I was very pleased I had Essie, she is professional and really put my mind at ease, she managed to provide helpful advice and talked me through the processes with great patience. I had microdrem facial for 60min, something new for me so I was abit anxious. But it was really relaxing and not painful at all, I fell asleep. Essie put together a list of products she would recommend for my skin type but I didn't feel any pressure of needing to make any purchase today, which was great and not often the case at spas like this. Totally exceeded my expectations, highly recommend.
I.Lovely experience. It was my first time ever trying a Brazilian wax, so I was anxious. However, the lady was so kind and understanding. When I was feeling too much pain, she would stop for awhile and made adjustments to make the experience better. Didn’t feel awkward or embarrassed at all! I would recommend them for their lovely services.
I recommend if you’re trying waxing for the first time to eat some painkillers.
H.Fran is absolutely the best beauty therapist I have ever come across. Her knowledge about skincare is second to none, she is so engaged with her clients and is warm and inviting. I always leave after my facial with the most glowing skin - she has completely transformed my skin. It is such a pleasure seeing Fran and I highly recommend her to anyone wanting fabulous beauty treatments.

P.I got an amazing facial last month, and the skincare routine that the therapist helped me get has basically completely cleared my acne! Beyond impressed! I’ve only dealt with Millie and Emma, but it seems the whole team at Total Body Concept are absolute stars!
A.The Sauna is very nice. Cosy and clean. Girls are very friendly.
There is cleansing foam thoughtfully put in the shower in case you forgot to take of your make up before the procedure. The towels are soft and white.
Detox tea is waiting for you on a separate room.
The location of the sauna is not the best. Cause people might come near by as the bathrooms are near it.
Also shower requires fixing.
C.Incredible place, i arrive excited to be pampered by the wonderful therapists there, and i leave relaxed to the core. The facials are an absolute treat, the retreat room is an amazing treat if you are early to your treatment! Could never go anywhere else again after experiencing first class treatment from TBC, thank you guys for being such a kind and wonderful business! Fran is a goddess at her job. Thanks again!

Chilling out. I have had facials, massages, reiki, body scrubs, body wraps and other treatments and everyone has been amazing 😊
