C.Excellent service after an injury that needed some stitches and acc claim submitted. Easily fitted in and was in and out within 30 minutes - staff made me feel at ease as well
F.Definitely worthy of a 5 star rating. Great family doctors. Seen both Dr Shirin Robinson and Dr Ben Chang whom are both very friendly and thorough. Nurses are all lovely too. Never feel rushed. Great modern facility too :)
A.Friendly front desk team, and I've seen a mix of the doctors here. They're all very nice, helpful and efficient. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but that can't be helped since all it takes is one patient to be late/take longer and then it becomes a domino effect.
G.I would like to commend the reception staff. It's a difficult job, but they have always been very helpful and pleasant.
J.Cannot rate Dr. Pedram Zawarreza enough. Came in seeking help with my anxiety and during the process he took my vitals, and noticed a mole on my back, took the time to check it as I have family history. Absolute legend.
M.I see Dr. Ben when I'm sick and he is one of the most helpful knowledgable GPs. Today I saw a nurse to get my Smear test done, Can't say enough how professional, helpful, considerate and friendly Charlotte is. Super happy with the service I get at Wigram health. Thanks Team

S.Not sure about those who gave only 1 Star and complaint badly about this place, too much expectation?
To me they are fairly helpful and surely know what they are doing.
They deserve a 4 stars at lease, but i am giving 5 just to help them to it make up to 4.
C.I exchanged money for a service without having to jump through hoops.
Didn't have an angry receptionist who sounded like she should have retired 35 years ago.
Was therefore better than 98.92% of clinics in this post apocalyptic wasteland.
Highly recommended.
s.It is located in a medical complex, sharing office space with muscle people physio and pacific radiology and a acupuncture practice. They are located on the ground floor through a automatic non-transparent glass sliding door. The entrance could be made more obvious.

S.Dr. Brian Ko is professional, friendly, and makes sure he knows patient history. The front office staff have been friendly and helpful, and Joanne, the nurse, is just amazing! Couldn't be happier that my elderly parents have decided to go here for their healthcare needs. The coffee machine in the waiting area is awesome too!

C.always happy with the service Dr Ben is a great G.P. A pity i cant use my csc card which more than doubles the price of $18 I thought practices were funded so makes it expensive for seniors

V.Great facilities as well as very kind and helpful staff. You know a health center is good when you can't wait to come back!
F.Alhamdullilah! very nice staff, nurses and doctors. Only problem is that you cannot walk in and sometimes the appoinments are not available.
