S. H.I had one ingrown toenail surgery done last year and needed another done on my other foot this appointment.
Both times Rahul has done an amazing job while explaining the process and being friendly, nice and reassuring at the same time. Making sure I am both informed and comfortable. He has explained the aftercare thoroughly during the initial surgery and the follow up appointment. I have recommended Foot Mechanics Dunedin to my partner previously who ended up having an ingrown toenail surgery, and will continue to recommend them to other friends and family.

The ease of booking in online and completing all the forms prior to the appointment was fantastic. There was even a follow up email waiting for me when I got home which I was very thankful for as I had to attend the appointment with my 3 month old baby and was easily distracted!

J.He was super informative and throughout the interview he checked in with me to check my understanding and to see if I had any questions. He explained the process of what was happening and what we needed to achieve really well. When I left I felt really positive and supported about the process going forward.
M. S.Rahul is amazing. As an occupational therapist myself I felt he was incredibly thorough and he clearly demonstrated evidence based practice through his explanations of assessments and treatment options. I am very happy and grateful.
One negative thing to mention, this was a busy clinic and Rahul was having to juggle receptionist tasks and take phone calls. I am guessing that he undertakes all the clinic administration as well. It would be much better from a customer perspective if there was a receptionist to undertake these types of tasks, so Rahul can undertake his treatment uninterrupted. Appropriate staffing will also increase Rahul's productivity, so good from a business perspective also.
