T.My experience with the Orthotic Department was all positive. The man who saw me soon after I arrived was very friendly and relaxed and made the process easy for us. Once he had shown us a different type of shoe and described the benefits of it he said he would order a pair for me. When they arrived I was given another appointment to pick them up, this all went well too. The entire process was relaxed and pleasant.
L.It just worked this time and the service was excellent and I even got shoes.

R.Recently I had an appointment at the Southland Hospital Orthotic Centre. From my experience the care that was shown to me was excellent and totally professional. From the reception desk to the actual appointment I felt as if they really did care for my well being. I'm sure know one really likes hospital appointments but when you do get treated as I did it's nice to be able to say thank you.
J.Appreciate not having to wait for ages to be seen. Have found the staff to be very accommodating. Would like better communication between departments e.g. physio department.
R.The staff are always excellent to deal with they always do their very best to accommodate your needs just by wearing orthotics it is taken all the pain from my feet knees lower back of the best things I've invested in in a very long time I can't recommend them enough
