F.Great Friendly service and brilliant Doctors and Nurses. But , the consultation fees is not cost effective and not cheap for a single Adult visit especially if you are going to their practice on regular basis.
S.I have been going to Pitt st medical center for years now and my doctor is brilliant but I am at the point were I am almost unable to call up or try and avoid a particular receptionist who is dismissive and rude, makes me feel wrong for calling, (that is the best way I can think of putting it) My pharmacist also goes to Pitt st medical center and dreads getting stuck on the phone to this woman also, its been years. I love my doctor but reception, please get a vastly improved phone manner you are dealing with sick people under stress and this is the last thing they need, This is the FIRST time in my life I have written a letter of complaint
