S.I have been a Care Manager in the BOP for 16 years - and have been fortunate to work closely with Nova Health since 2015 and have found both the owners Andrew and Sam and the their team to be professional, diligent, approachable and accommodating. In a sector such as Aged Care, which is staffed 24/7 there are times when we need the support of a agency and I do not hesitate to call Nova for such support. Thanks Nova.
K.We are an aged residential care facility in a rural community. There are occasions when our staff are unable to work duties and over the past 2 and a half years we have engaged the services of Nova Health to assist our service by providing agency cover. I have found the clinical staff (Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants) deployed to our facility are competent, engaged, hard-working and loyal. The administration staff are fantastic to deal with and they do their best to ensure our shifts are covered with little or no notice. When we have encountered any issues, these have been dealt with in a professional and timely fashion.
We will continue to use Nova Health as our No. 1 source of agency staff. Great work Nova!
