Brian Koh is absolutely amazing. Wish I knew the full extent of what a Podiatrist did years ago. I started with toenails and skin. Today I'm looking at better management of injuries into the future. Looking forward to the journey.

A the beginning of the session I had questions and concerns about my feet, and without prompting Brian was able to answer them and allay my fears straight away. I was impressed by the very first call I made to customer service and was given a thorough explanation on the process of what was going to happen and on which location to go and best availability.. I injured my toe and wanted to get treated asap and was happy that I could do it the next day. I went through my consultation with Mehar and Brian. Both of them showed keen interest and compassion in the issue I was having. The fitting of the plate happened after 2 days which I was very happy that it was so that my toe could get quicker healing. I was then consulted by Mehar whom then guided me through the stages of the healing process. I would highly recommend both of them and the clinic to anyone that needs to get their feet checked.

The consultation was full-on, and we walked out spending money unsure of what we have really signed up/ordered! We were recommended from Lisa Dillon, who was very good at explaining and not pressuring us into things. I am not convinced whether the decision on the day is the right one for my daughter, and confused by the lack of measurements taken for ortho inserts, we have been through this process before with my son, so hence trying to understand what has been ordered for $150 .... and what happens next.

I highly recommend Santoshni Prasad at Foot Mechanics. I went to see her in a lot of pain and discomfort. She is really knowledgeable and reassuring. After a few weeks of wearing the orthotics she had made for me, my feet pain was gone. The follow-up care has been really good too.

2nd time I've brought my son, in, for an ingrown toenail. I highly recommend Santoshni Prasad. Santoshni has the ability 1st, to make you feel very at ease and relaxed. Secondly she is kind,caring and very gentle. She is confident and extremely knowledgeable. I am so glad to have my son in her care when he has come in. The Anglesea Clinic, is easy to get to, Good parking available and feels comfortable inside the waiting area. Reception is always fabulous and friendly too. Visit Anglesea foot mechanics and they will clip, file and tidy up any ingrown or outgrown toenails you have. You will also be treated to a foot and nail moisturiser when they have finished. I walked out of the clinic feeling much lighter once my toenails had been clipped. Job well done....
