Doctors and dental practice in the same place good on booking appointments everyone is well coming and friendly parking at front pharmacy to do your prescription for all your needs

Some of these reviews are appalling and quite frankly, incorrect and rude! The Drs and Nurses here are so lovely. They care, they’re friendly and professional. The reception staff are accomodating and always make sure you’re being seen sooner rather than later on the triage list, which has been sooo helpful when I’ve had sick children. Alicia and Vidya are some of the nicest Drs I’ve met and want the best for their patients. I find this practise great, especially for children.

Pukete medical has some good Drs & Nurses however Dr Alicia May Li Loh is NOT one of them. Alicia constantly forgets scripts so you have to either book another appointment to get the medication you need. Which costs a whole extra appointment. Alicia doesn't seem to understand the difference between pain meds, & antidepressants, forgetting to add even basic Panadol as discussed with her, to my script. Alicia is not very professional & I think she is unqualified to do a Drs job. Do not go to her, & if you are unlucky enough to get lumped with her, I would seriously advise you immediately request another Dr.

Went here on Wednesday. The nurse Carina, was super friendly, very professional, was absolutely outstanding in looking after me, and made my visit to the medical centre a very pleasant experience. 10 out of 10.

The lady's at the front desk were extremely helpful an made sure I was looked after an the doctors done a great job was a very pleasant trip to the doctors. High fives all round 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Fabulous and friendly nurses went out of there way to help me, even stayed abit later to make sure I had been looked after. Thank you ladies you do a wonderfull job.
