I have been in Hamilton for 2 years now. I enrolled to Redicare Family Practice as my GP. Dr Das is my GP since last 1 year. Dr. Das is exceptionally awesome and kind hearted GP. He is very helpful, thorough and phenomenally great personality. Whenever I went to see him with a problem, he has resolved it quickly. He is the best GP in New Zealand from my point of view. Thank you Dr. Das.

Dr Das has been our family GP for 5 years now and we couldn't recommend him more highly. He is always on-time, if not early. He is very understanding of cultural differences and language issues. He is an excellent mental health doctor with knowledge that far exceeds any GP we have ever come across. The only reason we haven't written a recommendation earlier is that we are scared everyone will find out how amazing he is and it will be harder to get in to see him. My mother-in-law and myself have chronic health issues and in the past it has been hard to be heard or even at times believed. With Dr Das we always feel heard and he goes far above and beyond to give us regular blood tests, referrals and anything else he feels we may need that would usually get glossed over by other GPs. I have never said this before about someone in the medical community, but as a family we love and respect Dr Das. Thank you for all that you do for us.

Our family GP (Dr Zitendra Das) practices at Redicare Family Practice, He is always a pleasure to deal with, we are on a first name basis with Dr Das and feel comfortable during his consultations. The Receptionist's and nurses at Redicare are also excellent to deal with. I have full confidence in recommending Dr Das and Redicare to any one who is looking for a new GP Practice.

Redicare Family Practice have an astounding, polite & knowledgeable staff base who are always ready to help the next patient. Wait times are low, doctors are friendly & hands on and I find it very easy to make an appointment as soon as I need one. Thank you so much to the nurses in particular 💕💜

I was needing help regarding my marina and was struggling to find an appointment. Gynaecologists were all booked up until later in the year and they were all so expensive, and Family planning couldn’t book me in until next month. It was very stressful. I talked to my GP about it and they were able to book me in for the next day, and it only cost me $20. All staff here are so lovely, friendly, approachable, honest, flexible, caring and very professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Plus there is always parking!! 😄

Just had a appointment with Dr Das. Worth the pay because he gave me life advice that I will sure follow. Such a friendly and wise Doctor, much respect.

I have been seeing Dr. Yiyi at this practice for well over a year now and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is thorough, knowledgeable and communicates clearly with you at each step of the way through any process and is very reassuring, which I have found invaluable. My only draw back is sometimes I find the reception staff don't meet the same high standard of practice as the doctors.. often they are wonderful, but unfortunately a couple of encounters have been less positive, which can be very stressful. Also, it is very hard to get an appointment there sometimes, with long wait times - though I only book with Dr. Yiyi and I wonder if the wait is because she is so sought after. But it would be excellent if they could introduce a service of "walk in" or "on the day" short appointments throughout the clinic for people who just need a medical certificate for work or something like that

Staff very friendly, Doctors concerned and caring. Phone appointment was very helpful and follow up excellent, with calls over the next few days to check on my recovery. Timely referrals when required and easy access to test results.

Have been with this practice for many years now. They have multiple Drs and Nurses available and can usually get an appointment in a timely manner due to this. Lovely people and very affordable.

Redicare family practice is good ,staffs and doctors are brillant ,i had transfer my entire and extended family in redicare. I love the their service and guidence for medical issues .

Friendly staff, Dr yiyi is always helpful and attentive. I would 100% recommend my friends to Redicare.

Having been a patient here for many years I can confidently advise that doctors here are incredibly thorough and kind, healthcare is affordable for patients with chronic conditions, and the practice has been proactive in their Covid-19 response. This is a great practice.

Friendly nurses and doctors. 4 stars because they are shocking in answering requests via mail. Either they request to call anyway or no response at all.

Knowledgeable and passionate staff. Saturday services are very convenient for full time workers, like me.

I've found the doctors are on time and the nurses are super friendly and helpful.

Great place ! Lovely staff members. New doctors, all with different expertise and experiences in health. Many clinical procedures and cares available. Would definitely recommend :)
