A.Fabulous service. My Nurse was passionate about her work, and it showed. I have been to a couple of different clinics over the years, and while they were good, I am so glad that I have discovered the team at Tolbec's because they are outstanding.

Went to Tolbecs after I had lost hearing in one ear and to be honest was quite nervous about the experience as I had never had my ears professionally cleaned. The staff were super friendly and more then happy to explain all I needed to know.
The procedure was quick and painless and my hearing has never been better!
Thank you so much Tolbecs and I'll be back again in the future!
B.I went to Tolbecs after having an incredibly sore earache/ear infection for 8 days. I'd been to 2 doctors and another ear clinic before seeing Theresa. She could immediately tell that I was in a lot of pain and was very gentle because of this. She advised the best drops to use for my situation and what to do from there on out, and with her help the pain was gone in less than 2 days. Tolbecs really know what they are doing and definitely have your best interest at heart. Highly recommend seeing them if you have any issues
L.Absolutely stellar service. All staff I encountered were friendly, professional, and empathetic. Procedures were explained clearly, they were gentle yet thorough, and I highly recommend Tolbecs to anyone who needs help with their ears. Added bonus was the friendly ginger cat waiting for me outside. The cat gets 5/5 too.
A.I can't say enough about how experienced, professional and helpful they are. I had ear problems for 2+ weeks and went to other centres (twice) and also a doctor. After a series of inexperienced people and incorrect advice I then went to Tolbecs (2 days ago)....within 5 mins they had diagnosed the problem...2 days later all sorted !! The friendly, professional way they run their clinic is a model for all other health practitioners. Extremely fair costs...but most of all receiving the correct advice, caring about their patients and solving the issues. I can't say enough of how good this team is ! Allan
