S.I went in over a year ago for laser hair removal to the Waipuk location and had Tracey as my technician. She was always friendly and caring. When I first started she said by the end of the treatments (which takes a year) there would be about an 80-90% reduction. My last appointment was Nov 2019 and I'm pleased to say I've hardly had any regrowth...certainly less than promised. Totally worth the cost. I recommend this service and would happily return for other types of treatments!
