As a male, I was pretty nervous heading into the clinic, but alas it was a great experience. My first "brotox" (how the staff made light of my nervousness) was handled professionally from start to finish. I had particularly great followup from a lady whom I believe to be the business owner. 10/10 - When customer service seems scarce in many places - Peak has it in spades. When my crows lines start to reappear Ill be back for sure. Recommend highly.

I've been to a few places for Lazer & peak appearance is definitely the best of the ones I've been too, i love how they have 2 people in the room, one to help distract you, if you feel discomfort, which I really appreciated. They also are very thorough & explain things very well, so far my results are visible & I am very happy with them, can't wait to see then end result. Had such a fantastic experience with laser hair removal. Ally was brilliant and very friendly and professional! I had a very good consultation and several patch tests ensuring the treatment was suited to me perfectly! Can’t recommend Ally and the salon enough! I had a massage and facial spa treatment - it was one of the best massage's I've had at a spa. The therapist found knots on my back and worked them out (with my permission), I've had a lot spa massages which don't really address these issues. The massage and facial were both great, the therapist was really professional and did a great job and it was great value. Top notch!

My daughter went to the Havelock North Salon for her hair and the place looked immaculate. The girls well dressed and greeted everyone really well, nice atmosphere. My only comment would be the manager needs to check what she wears as her red sporty top was dreadful compared to the other girls.

Taryn is the first hairdresser I have found that I really like and will continue to book with. She has excellent knowledge and really tries to help and educate you on how to look after your hair properly. She’s also some sort of wizard that manages to give you exactly what you asked for haha. Great salon, definitely recommend.
