M.I have had my hearing aids for 4 + years and any time I have a problem with these, Bay Audiology staff are very experienced and either the staff can fix the problem or have these sent away.
I have found Bay Audiology a good specialist for hard of hearing people and hearing aids.
P.The staff here are so friendly. A big thanks to Roanna and Noor for guiding me through the use of my hearing aids. Cannot say enough about the service from Bay Audiology Lower Hutt

R.Great staff and experience. Went from struggling with hearing to hearing everything and being able to adjust background noise on the app was a game changer. Had a couple of enquiries about maintenance in other areas and received the same experience.
R.Bay audiology in Lower has been great to me though out the years. When I first lost my hering in my right ear, Mark Gordon got me set up with a starter hering aid. They a couple of years later Mark Gordon got me a donation hering aid from some one who has passed away. Good luck Mark Gordon and thanks again for all the help. And the front counter crew they no everything. Welcome to Emily who has taken over from Mark Gordon.
