D.Lovely reception, and great service from the nurse . I don't think she had seen a cauliflower ear before
A.I took my 87yr old grandma for an ear wax removal appointment as she has been hard of hearing lately. Grandma struggles to walk and the procedure was quite an ordeal for her as she has a number of physical ailments but nurse Denise was incredible with her!! The appointment needed to go overtime but Denise was so good about it as she knew it would be difficult for grandma to get back there again. She was patient with her and kept it light hearted so we both knew we were in safe hands. Grandmas hearing has definitely improved since the procedure. Glad I chose hearing consultants as I had called a few places before landing on them. Thank you!

I would like to say How very professional experience from the moment I walked in the door the receptionist , the nurse that did the Micro -suction , the Hearing Consultant Nicky Great customer service I would recommend this Service well done to you all
J.The Hearing Consultants team are the experts. They have the experience required to quickly diagnose my hearing issues and provide a hearing aid that improved my life immensely. And surprisingly it worked out far cheaper than the the other outfits with the flashy TV ads.
