P. K.Knee issues on Sunday made me stop running (10km). Lucky break meant I got to see Mimi Tran Tuesday. She confirmed worn footwear likely source of the problem, taped my foot to counter pronation, and gave me vouchers for new shoes, which I bought that day. Three days taped up. By Sunday I was ready for a decent walk (5.5km) in new shoes. Today (Monday) ran 4.5km and all initial knee niggles just melted away. So 8 days later feel good as new! Thanks heaps, Mimi!
