The most incredible workshop for myself and my daughters, to give them a magical experience of knowledge to prepare them for their journey into womanhood, sat in a circle together with other young girls, a safe space created by nurse Jacqui. With all the knowledge they need to understand what they will experience and why. An incredible gift bag with all they need to prepare. Plus chocolate!!! She helps both mother and child bond and share what they love about each other. Can’t wait to do a refresher. 1000% recommend for your and your daughter ♥️

I had the absolute privilege of attending Jacqui's Empowered Cycles Masterclass and it was life changing! The wealth of information compiled and Jacqui's passionate delivery allowed me to learn and embrace a whole new way of looking at my monthly cycle. Highly recommend Heart Place!! My daughter and I enjoyed our time together at Nurse Jacqui's period workshop. It opened up conversations about periods and all things girly and brought us closer together. Learning about our bodies and how it connects with the seasons all made sense to me as a mum and I wished we'd had a Nurse Jacqui back in our youth at school!! My 10 year old is now prepared and armed with knowledge so when her period does arrive it will be celebrated and not dreaded!

I brought my little girl to Jacqui's Period Workshop. I can't adequately describe how wonderful it was. The trauma of the horrific handling of periods in my youth still hangs over me. I was desperate to find ways to do better for my girl. Every mum/dad and daughter should attend one of Jacqui's workshops. They provide a safe educational space in which women are freed from shame and celebrated. If you have a little girl - please sign up!

Jacqui provides a beautiful nurturing experience at The Heart Space. I found it extremely comforting being able to show up exactly as I was feeling and be able to talk to Jacqui about my struggles. I can't recommend Heart Place enough as a space to reflect, recharge and be inspired. Covering the whole range from adult coaching workshops, teenage empowerment programmes and mother-daughter events - every moment spent with Heart Place is engaging and insightful. Both myself and my young teens have enjoyed Jacqui's programmes. Highly recommend.

I would totally recommend Jacqui to everyone! She’s so welcoming, warm and really sits with you, listens and gives amazing personal advice and brings about trust that positive change is so possible. Jacqui’s work has such fast results, it really amazes me. Through Jacqui I have been able to totally let go of the conditions in which I was brought up. ’m so glad to have attended Jacqui’s Replenish, Recharge and Reconnect workshop. It was run in the peaceful, chill setting of her retro caravan on a gorgeous sunny day. Jacqui took us through a gentle meditation which encouraged us to focus on what goals we are wanting an extra push forward with.
