After one 45 minute session of Ortho-bionomy with Anna I noticed a marked improvement with the movement in my hip. I had more flexibility which enabled more comfort during Yoga poses. Anna is a very knowledgeable professional therapist and passionate about her work and desire to help her clients. Thanks Anna
