Yesterday I had the best experience I had ever had at a GPs. Emma the practice nurse was simply amazing. Friendly, professional, explantory and attentive, I felt assured, valued and safe. She had also re-arranged my appointment to ensure I didn't miss out on my treatment, when someone called in sick.To complete the awesome service, she called today to follow up and make sure that everything was all good following my treatment. This kind of service is only ever provided by someone who is dedicated to their job and committed to their patients. Thank you so much!!!
