Te Ora Medical Centre Do not recognise the mask exemption card So if you use one keep a mask in your pocket, Otherwise they'll give you a horrible prestic face guard to wear, I have asked them to put up something on the window to let people know.

Would have given a 5 star but the receptionist was very rude and did not help at all. Especially when it was a Mental health matter. Despite waiting 2 hours for a nurse to callback went through the mental health procedure, was able to fit me in an appointment and I was well taken care of . Great Nurses and Doctors. I suggest Cath (receptionist) should receive more training.

Tui Ora family health have been wonderful to myself and family. Reception staff and nurses are friendly and helpful. Dr Dave Grant is absolutely fabulous, truly dedicated.
