After visiting Te kuiti clinic realized how over worked the medical system is. Tho no med centre is perfect that one is a pandemic waiting to happen. I Otorohanga is clean, great with time management of their facilitclean with fresh air in the waiting room, brilliant nurses, great facilities and the doctors there do try to sort things out. Their systems work and you don't feel worse when you walk out. I have come to realize that the days of a personal physician are gone. My bad its just the new way of doing things. Thank you to the wonderful response last week, from receptionist, to the nurses (always awesome) and the doctor. Women rule. Always had amazing service here over the past 5 years since moving to Oto. Dr Russ has such an outstanding level of knowledge. Nurses are tops. And reception staff great! Keep up the awesome work A+
