My daughter and I see Dr Sam Illing and we always have amazing service with him. He is the best doctor we have seen. We never feel dismissed or silly for coming in. I've never been a fan of going to the doctor's but Dr Sam is very caring and also great with babies, which is what every mother wants. I can always get an appointment that day too if I call with something urgently, unlike other practices where I've heard you have to wait literally weeks to be seen!!

I've been very impressed with my baby's care here. I was worried about my sons breathing and although the practise was full for the day he was able to be seen almost immediately. Can't recommend more highly!

When I moved to Palmerston North I chose Hokowhitu Medical Centre as my primary health care provider. Dr Sam Illing was assigned to me. Since then I have remained under Dr Illing's care and have been very impressed with the care I have received. In particular I appreciate how easy it is to talk to Dr Illing, the efforts he makes to help, his knowledge and his respsonsiveness to respond to questions. I have also found the admin staff and the nurses very helpful. Thank you very much, Dr Illing and Hokowhitu medical centre.

Amazing clinic. Calm atmosphere, friendly, warm, helpful staff who go out of their way to smooth over any challenges that a patient may face regarding bureaucracy or access. Dr. Illing has been particularly kind and thoughtful, and has a sharp diagnostic mind if the occasion requires. Amazing team all round.

Great place amazing doctors and stuff! But the amount you pay just for for ten min visit is outrageous.. ($40)
