Arrived yesterday, greeted by a nurse at the door. Sent straight to a consult room, blood drawn within 2 minutes. Absolutely first class service.

I find this a good lab where the hours are open for longer than the hospital. Also I don't have to pay for parking and there is usually plenty of parking. Even when there are many people waiting for tests the staff are friendly and I don't seem to have to wait long. I visit for blood tests monthly or more frequently and have been doing so for the past five years.i have found the service good, efficient and consistent.

Friendly staff but they do get very busy at times

A bit of a wait but they were working fast and getting through people. Quick and easy process. Nurses were nice and friendly.

Quick an easy , just grab a number card off the desk on your left when you enter...and grab a seat while you wait for staff to call your number , easy peasy!!!

I have to say that apart from the occasional wait time when really busy; I have always received prompt, polite service here, and being a free service is great!

Always quick and easy

I go there regularly for my 5yr old daughter's bloods. Always find them friendly and super great with her. And is super fast.

I'm not sure 'like ' is the word I would use, the first technician I saw was excellent drew blood on the first attempt, minimal discomfort and she was lovely. Definitely not so lucky second visit, failed to draw blood continued to probe until 5th go. I was left shaking, bruised and far from happy.

My husband and I have had awesome visits at Medlab with few waits even when they are busy.

Fast, efficient service. Staff are professional and very curteous.

4 because they get super busy and staff feel it and can be a bit curt, but if you take the time to say "HI hows your day?" when you are with the phlebotomist, you will see they are very kind people and just super busy. Not their fault. Good people. Never had a nasty jab or bruise from these folks. Doing well,

Really friendly staff and if you go through the week not much queueing up required

Medlab best thing to used is Google map and the name where the place you can't find it show you where's it is and your there at your distance

This place is busy as but if you are willing to wait they get through everyone pretty fast

On Tuesday lines were miles long.. but they finally got to everyone

Jerry is amazing I have had a lady who is quite grumpy and it makes the horrible experience even worse. but jerry is great she is quick and kind I ask for her everytime now.
