A. K.Very good staff. Lovely lady at the reception. Very responsive to urgent appointments. The doctors are really very good. My baby had to see Dr. R Pandey a couple of times and I am very satisfied with the results. Very effective diagnosis. Already registered my baby, will register myself as well.

Great to ask more questions to gain an understanding of one's needs. Even checking back in later to hear if your condition has improved. I have seen this practice start up and grow. C. B.This place becomes wost every day. I was going to write a this comment long time a go. Finally they triggered me to write this comment today after hearing they are not doing COVID 19 test for the registered patient. I registered with this place for almost 3 years. I have seen it is going from best practice to the worst during this time. It is not a miscommunication it your receptionist who told us you can't do it. Reception is your face of practice. I know the lady who was the Receptionist two years a go who was really good. After her you didn't find any one good
m. C.I have had no issues with any of the docs here, they have always been helpful, reception ladies great. Only problem I have is why are the disabled car parks so far away. Also each time I have been in the first 2 car parks have the same cars in them. surely these should be for patients not Staff. Great having the pharmacy there as well. Just need to stay open later one night per week and Ill get my husband to change. Lots of workers unable to get there by 4.30ish.
E.Usually pretty good. I like the DR I see, he's always efficient when I do get to see him and reception is great. Always pays to double check though. Ring beforehand even if you have booked. I have had to wait 45 minutes for a booked appointment and had to leave without seeing the DR because I couldn't wait longer, I've had no DR on site so had to rebook my appointment, I also booked an appointment for a specific vaccination only to go in and they didn't have it there. I took my sick 4 year old son to the clinic at 9 am as it has previously been advertised as open on Saturday's 9am - 12pm but it was closed 'until further notice'. Also they always have the nurse see you before you actually see the DR, I believe you should have the option to see a nurse if you want to. They have the intention to be a good general practice but don't always have the means.
W. G.Love the convenience of Pokeno Family Health, and Dr Luke Wee has been an amazing family doctor to us! Even the nurses are very attentive and always greeting us with big smiles. Two thumbs up for the utmost care and incredible service.
