I visited this wonderful facility last Fiday after a bike accident. The service was prompt ,efficient and accurate. I was transferred to hospital after a complete examination including X ray and CT scan. Many thanks for a comforting experience. Brian Cox

Waiting times are sometimes ridiculous. Went in a few times for different reasons but I was in so much pain on one occasion I still had to wait for over half an hour once seen it only took about a minute and was told its nothing just to take paracetamol (indian doctor). I had to endure the pain for a further 2 weeks before seeing another Dr (asian) who helped me out.

My absolute respect and thanks goes out to every single person working there. Despite being busy and possibly understaffed, everyone that I had an interaction with treated me with care and respect. I’d hate to think how long and hard their day had been, everyone there was still happy, smiling and doing their utmost best to keep everyone happy and believe me it was a busy place that day. Thank you to everyone for their professionalism and compassion. Your service does not go unnoticed!

27/02/2021… I injured my hand as a result of a fall. Everyone from the reception team and all the health professionals were friendly and welcoming. Emma and Diana were my nurses, and were outstanding. They were empathetic, and their knowledge and skills were apparent. I was seen by Dr Davidson, whose excellent communication skills enabled me to understand what was happening. I had an X-ray. Despite it being very close to when the radiographer was due to finish for the day, she was friendly, and I felt unhurried. The X-ray showed I had a fracture in my hand, and the Dr referred me to the hand specialists at Middlemore. The process for me was smooth and timely. I have massive respect for each member of the team who cared for me. I was delighted with the outcome. It was the people that all made the difference to my experience.

I went in because my heart was having palpitations and I'm not going to lie I was FREAKED OUT. The doctor that saw me, (Indian woman, didn't quite register her name as I was too worried about my heart) went above and beyond. She had the most compassionate and loving eyes I have ever seen in my life, she calmed me down and reassured me that I was alright. The nurse and receptionist were also very nice. Highly recommend this clinic.

The staff here are phenomenal!! Starting with the lovely ladies on the desk all the way to the nurses and the doctors. I always get exceptional service (and we go down a lot for our son being so clumsy). Today I went down for myself and this was a first for me and I truly felt looked after. We definitely appreciate the hard working team at urgent care.

The nurse was very nice to me even tho I waited 3 hours .

The nursing staff here are amazing!! So caring and friendly despite how busy they are. The wait can be long but they took such good care of my partner when he needed to go there we didn't mind it too much.

I had my doubts, my daughter and her new born baby were in a car accident, not serious but we wanted bubs checked out. We went to our normal dr's who booked us in but also informed us that wait could be an hour! I wasn't prepared to wait that long. So we tried urgent care and they were amazing! Not only did they realise our situation and got us seen to pretty quickly they also removed us from the general waiting area as they didn't want the new born catching any illnesses. Totally professional and beyond compassionate and Lovely staff. Would give them 10 stars.

We had to take our daughter in with a split chin and by the time i had filled out the forms she was seen to. The receptionist and nurses were so kind and gentle and they made my 3 year old comfortable while tending to her wound. I hope to not visit there too often but as far as health care goes, they do a wonderful job. Opening hours are awesome too.

Thank you so much for your incredible service yesterday during a very busy time of day. From the amazing ladies at reception, to the attentive and reassuring nurses and to the wonderful doctor who took time to listen. Being new to the area, we did not know what to expect and were very impressed. Highly recommend😁

Staff are super friendly, warm, welcoming and efficient. From start to finish, my experience was awesome. They explained the wait times to me and the service from both the Doctor, Nurse and Reception staff was great. Would highly recommend this place to others.

We rarely submit reviews but felt compelled to after visiting Urgent Care on Waitangi Day because our normal GP was unavailable. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive, with a prompt triage and subsequent consultation with a doctor. As a result of tests requested during the consultation and the receipt of the results 2 days later necessary medication was automatically prescribed and we were notified of what the medical problem was and that prescription was available. We found the costs to be similar to a visit to our normal GP.

Thank you so much for your fabulous service and advice when our GP was no use! We feel relieved to have such great service locally we know we can rely on and so great with the kids. Thank you!

Travelled to Pukekohe for a few days and left my meds at home. Urgent Care saw me and sorted my meds,Thanks to Dr's and Staff.

The nurses and receptionist, are always so fabulous and lovely. But I must say, the lady in the xray area is always so rude.

The care and attention to detail is very reassuring. All the staff have the patient best interest at heart. So very glad this facility is here. Thank you.
