C.I take my elderly nonagenarian parents to foot mechanics in Rotorua and I love their friendly, welcoming & professional services. Front of house staff are always cheerful, welcoming and kind who go above and beyond to ensure everyone in the waiting room has a chair to sit on and are comfortable. They don’t mind my talkative dad having a chat with them either when I’m sure their busy schedule doesn’t generally allow for that courtesy.
Jatin our podiatrist is so lovely, always welcoming being careful and gentle with my elderly parents. He has excellent knowledge & expertise advice and more importantly, he does a fabulous job making their feet & nails look & feel polished & shined beautifully. My mum says she can’t believe how lovely her feet feels! Thanks Jatin!
A.This was my first visit to a podiatrist. Throughout the whole consultation I felt relaxed and comfortable. I appreciated the way that things were explained in full and reference to diagrams and charts helped me to understand why I am feeling discomfort in my foot. I also appreciated the footwear advice I was given in regards to suitable sneakers I should wear for walking. I will definately recommend Foot Mechanics to people I know due to the positive experience I have had.

The receptionist Deb is also friendly and always calls me by name. Receiving a text reminder is very helpful. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a podiatrist in Rotorua. They even have a loyalty card where you get a discount with every third visit.

G.I had a compromised ankle from many years ago; it was swollen but had not caused me any grief. Recently it had started to hurt, and even more recently I twisted it while gardening. With ACC I decided to go to Foot Mechanics and seek their help. Mandy, the podiatrist, was professional and friendly, explained everything fully and obtained insoles for me. I learnt from this whole experience that I need to be so much more careful with my feet, as repercussions can be felt right up to the hips and muck up so many activities. The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Because of the care and help I received, I would have no hesitation in recommending that anyone who has foot/leg issues should visit a podiatrist. The resulting improvement to the problem is soooo worth it!
