Highly recommend this store! Friendly and professional service, right from booking, consultation and advice to the actual treatment. I had a fantastic provider who went through my treatment plan thoroughly and answered all my questions. Very happy with the results! Looking forward to my next visit - I will be sticking with this store, I feel very confident that the whole team has my best interests at heart!

Super super friendly staff, they were all very considerate. I was able to have people with me and take breaks when needed with no rush. Loved the results of my lips after filler, no complications. Lips look awesome and everyone was very professional, kind and again- considerate. Loved this environment.

What an amazing experience! The girls were so warm, welcoming and honestly, our conversation made me feel as if we were already friends! I had Lauren for my Botox and I instantly felt like I was in good hands when I sat in the chair. She was kind, calm and very thorough with all the information I needed to know. And when it came to the treatment itself, it felt like it went by so quick and that’s exactly what I like! I had actually asked Lauren if she had a social media account that I could tag her in because I’d love to recommend her to my friends and family but she said unfortunately no. Perhaps something for Lovely to think about? Other than my amazing experience in store, I was wondering if maybe the Silverdale branch had a sign or something they could put outside? I was actually driving around for 10mins trying to find the store because it’s so awkward with car parking there and I didn’t know if I was in the right area? Anyhow, only a suggestion as I was nearly late to my appointment and I’d hate for others to miss theirs! Thank you so much lovely ladies! Can’t wait to see you again xxx
