S.Amazing 1st time experience, GPs (Dr. Rebecca and Dr. guy) both are truly caring and very patience, always happy to answer for all your enquires, Best part is the Receptionists have big smile on their face, also happy and kind. Glad to get enrolled here.

On the downside Don't bother trying to ring the nurses to get prescriptions or queries answered they never answer their phones.. I should also say that the in person service is excellent But when it comes to answering phones of the approximate 30 times I have triedI have never got through to a nurse.
J.When CoVid hit last year I rang them to see if I could get a flu jab (at this point we had hardly any cases of CoVid, and no vaccines). The receptionist told me they were concentrating on CoVid. I told her that I was immunocompromised and if I got flu and then CoVid I would probably die. The receptionist kindly told me that she was immunocompromised too. And that's it. Still didn't get my flu shot. The constant stream of texts and emails if you owe them 15 dollars is stressful, and unnecessary. Especially as a lot of the time I pay more than is needed each time. Very good doctors, poor customer service, at that time.
J.Dr Dugu and Dr Guy are the best Docters I have encountered, they are thorough, compassionate, empathetic and professional. They have provided the best care for my son and myself. Reception and nurses are super friendly. People compaint about being difficult to get appointments, I totally understand why the poupularity with the high level of services they are providing. Keep up the good work Conifer Gardens Medical Team. YOU ARE AMAZING!
N.Lovvveee the staff at Conifer Gardens Medical Center. From booking an appointment through the phone to meeting the nurses and doctors, you'll feel very welcomed and cared for. They are sooooo kind! It makes such a HUGE difference how much they care for people. I love them, and definitely recommend if you live around the area :)
M.I have been a patient with CGMC since early 2003 when it was still at its original location in Conifer Grove. The staff make this Medical Centre truly awesome. Dr King, Dr Dugu, Dr Lim and the many others I have met along the way are compassionate, pragmatic and effective both individually and as a team, whilst Carolyn, Tracey, Barbara, Kyle and the rest of the reception team are also really good value and very understanding even when the pressure really comes on. And let's not forget the nursing team who provide tremendous support and all sorts of handy advice when you really need it. In short I have remained a patient with this clinic because I feel supported and respected and I hope that I will be with them for many years to come. Thanks CGMC for your ongoing care! 👍😊

V.I just love all staff in this centre .. Karl and Carolyn are usually first point of contact and I must say they never disappointed me whenever I call and ask for appointments... Dr Peter guy is our family GP
