Lana was great. Very knowledgeable, confident, great communicator. Facilities were clean and comfortable, very modern and bright. Staff were friendly and gave all information in a comfortable way. After being nervous, it was a great experience

A lovely greeting followed by an appointment starting at the appointment time. Excellent communication towards my son and I. Informative visit and left feeling confident with Dr Lana. The payment options available are so helpful in the xmas month.

Another great visit, my second time. Met with Lana today who introduced herself to me and we engaged in good conversation through my appointment. Lana was friendly and explained the process on how to care for my feet. The clinic followed Covid-19 protocols with scanning in, I had filled in the Covid-19 form before I attended and offered sanitising. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this service. A++++

It was my first time to see a podiatrist and I was excited for my first visit. During the consultation, Nupur was so attentive and really understands what I’m on about. I brought my mum with me as well and Nupur was really accommodating. I loved how she treated us. The whole treatment process went really smooth, hands down. The podiatrist Nupur and the two reception staff were all super friendly and put me at ease. The premises are new and hygienic. I find it hard sometimes to trust new medical people, but Nupur was very knowledgeable and her advice and practical assistance were exactly what I needed.

Went in to discuss some issues I was having with my feet with the fantastic Nupur. The treatment she gave me was superb and her advice was solid. Have booked another session with her based on the level of treatment she gave. Highly recommended her to my friends.

Made an appointment and was a little apprehensive about the diagnosis but after a consultation with Nupur I was put at ease as it was only a skin issue not a structural problem. Nupur was so professional and explained everything. Problem was taken care of right there. Great service, many thanks

As this was my first time experience I was kind of nervous. As I arrive the kind receptionist swiftly helped lead me to my seat and wait. I didn't have to wait very long at all. As I walked into the room and showed the podiatrist my toe, I wasn't surprised by her surprised look as it was very bad. But she handled the situation very calmly. Throughout the procedure, it was never boring as the podiatrist was able liven up the situation with different topics of conversations. She was able to give me advice and support me as I was in pain. Overall the podiatrist was very kind to me and I had a great experience coming here. I look forward to my next appointment.

Was a bit difficult to find the place, google maps said it was by the warehouse stationary. Eventually found it but then the doors were locked and looked empty. I don't think the people we call via the website number actually know where the clinic is.. also it would be good if there was a buzzer or something in case the doors don't open. Apart from that little mix up, the actual treatment was really good, Divya was awesome, did a great job and was very nice to deal with.

Divya was totally professional, very easy to chat with and offered some really good advice. Even gave me the green light to buy some new boots which I am super happy about. I would highly recommend Divya and Foot Mechanics!

Had the best experience. This was the first time I ever visited a Podiatrist. Nupur Raut was great at her job. She was very friendly and had very good communication skills. I very satisfied with what she did with the foot problem that I had.

Divya was thorough, helpful and gave me a piece of advice which will save me spending unnecessary money on shoes that won't work for me. Due to my previous experience a couple of years ago I wasn't keen to come back to Foot Mechanics but after speaking to Shoe Clinic in Manukau about a podiatrist they said you had a couple of great ladies at Takanini and I wasn't disappointed. I would certainly recommend Divya.

The whole Experience was great, Nupur Raut was awesome, She explained in great detail what was happening for each stage of my Corn removal (which I had for 8 Years) on my left foot. Really great the corns gone and I can go back to a normal life. Also a big help was the parking availability, huge parking space .

Pretty great service - had my custom orthodics within 2 weeks of my first appointment - expected price for something like this. I was satisfied with the overall experience. Then I had a check-up appt.. it took only a few minutes (booked in for 11:30, I was back in the car at 11:40), mostly just questions about how the orthodics have helped/not helped. At the end, I was told that the appointment had a $50 fee that wasn't included in the fees I'd already paid. No mention of a fee before this. I think it's reasonable to assume a quick check-up appt would be included. I certainly wouldn't have used my lunch break and paid $50 just to say they're all good. Probably be best to tell people way in advance or give them the option to come in. If there's no issues, it could easily be done over the phone or online.
