I found that Duncan is obviously extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Podiatry. He was welcoming and friendly and quickly put me at ease. He explained things clearly and further explained when I was unsure. He also provided options about treatment. I was feeling quite uncertain about the treatment for my foot pain but came away feeling reassured about my treatment and also very enthusiastic about further looking into the way I walk and the importance of the kind of shoes I am wearing. His front of house lady was also extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Overall a great experience.

An excellent experience. My specialist was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. His knowledge reassured me that I had received correct information and the front desk team member was very friendly. I highly recommend this clinic it was such a good service.

Written by my daughter Tyra 12 years old. When visiting the clinic the receptionist and doctor were very polite and well mannered. In doing this it gave the clinic a friendly vibe. The doctor Keegan, was very gentle and kind when he did his check up thing. Together the both of them made the clinic feel very friendly.

(*) (*) (*) (*) Tell us about your experience Innes listened and read Freya's previous notes so he was up to date with out previous visits. He spoke to Freya and included her in the conversation even though she is a child, she got to feel listened too and that for me as her mum is important

Duncan was very informative and explained things great.... the orthotics I ordered arrived fast, the fitting and instructions was easy. Most of all my foot pain has reduced substantially making walking around all day a breeze! Thank-you.

My experience with Foot Mechanics in Taupo was awesome today. It was my first initial consult with Innes but it was so informative and helpful and I walked away feeling that we are on the right track to get my issue sorted. Innes and Leona were great to deal with. I'm glad I chose to go to Foot Mechanics Taupo.

2nd visit. Exceptional service. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Duncan is thorough and has a professional and warm approach. He definitely knows his stuff. Duncan came on board with my journey on walking with certainty after a couple of events. He always listens to my feedback about any adjustments he makes or products he supplies. Duncan really seems to love his job and you just know you'll get great service from your practitioner if he enjoys helping you.

Took my 91 year old father to have his toenails treated. Duncan was welcoming and professional and we were amazed at how great the treatment was. And painless. Have now booked in my 86 year old mother. Then myself.

I enjoyed the consultation with who was very professional and informative (when he could get a word in). But I wont leave it so long between visits in future Innes.

The podiatrist from Tauranga (covering the usual podiatrist) was so lovely and handled my feet with such care. It was a pretty fantastic experience considering I was having a corn removed. He also offered good advice to help going forward to reduce the chances of it returning and didn't poo poo the fact that I had used pharmacy bought corn remover pads in the first instance; he just explained why sometimes they don't work and issues that can arise with the use of corn pads. Very impressed.

Both Receptionist and the doctor welcomed with a smile and Dr. Duncan explained everything patiently and very well and felt like I was actually being assessed.

Duncan explains everything so well and has made my foot problem basically non existent with his expertise in inserts. Both Duncan and Lianne are amazing, friendly and supportive.

Liane in reception made me feel very welcome and arranged appointments to fit with my part time job. Duncan was very thorough and arranged imaging, then custom orthotics and a compression sock. These have been very helpful and my level of pain is much reduced. Im extremely grateful for the professional and understanding service that Foot Mechanics in Taupo have provided.

Foot Mechanics at Taupo is highly recommend. I received the most professional service and care from the first phone call with Leayne and throughout the consult/treatment phase. Traveling to Taupo from Australia for the IM event. Having suffered a major tendon rupture, Duncan went out of his way to quickly develop a treatment regime including sourcing specialist support at such short notice. I am in no doubt that without Duncan’s experience and medical knowledge I would not have been able to complete the event, now I believe I can. My thanks and gratitude to the team at Taupo. Great service and the recommended solution has resolved my feet issue. Comfortable from day one and I have never had any issues with my inserts.

Aroha seems distracted this time around, I wish she had told me what she was going to do before she did it as would not have wanted the right side of the nail cut, but was too late. Other than that, a great team.

With a broken hip I needed a toenail trim, as I cannot reach my toes. The young lady who attended me did anexcellent job and was very friendly and informative.

A very well run, professional business. I need regular footcare and since commencing attending this clinic my feet have been so much better and the problems I was having are being kept in check. Very happy feet.
