R.Absolutely amazing service. I was a walk- in patient from out of town and was seen virtually immediately by the nurse and not long after by the doctor. Lovely friendly staff . Thanks for your great care.

Seriously, have you ever been to a Medical Clinic where they are running on time?
The Staff and Dr's here are awesome and my GP Peter always has time to catch up with me when i see him so please don't be haters cause we all have to wait ....PATIENT'S is a VIRTUE :-)
T.So I had been a regular patient here for 3 Years with Taupo Health Centre and I must say the staff and Doctors, Nurses are absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this doctor surgery to anyone living locally for their familys. Absolutely lovely people I will be back one day but until then I would be happily to say thank you for everything that this surgery has done for me and my family over the past few years.

G.I have always had positive experiences when dealing with people from Taupo Health Centre, Everyone from Receptionists, Nurses, and Drs have been polite, engaging and professional at all times even when there was a mix up the office staff looked into it and solved the issue with no finger pointing which i appreciated. It is always clean and tidy which is what one wants when dealing with healthcare.
J.Visited center yesterday with older family member as we were traveling and she became unwell suddenly the reception staff nurses and doctor could not have been more helpful thanks to the we were able to complete our trip home without to much worry.
