This place is fantastic, I am so pleased we changed to them. We have had exceptional care there from all the doctors and nurses. My daughter was very sick and ended up in hospital and one of the doctors took the time to ring me and ask how she was. Very impressed. Keep up the good work you guys, you do an amazing job.

Like all health centers right now, they are really busy so just dropping in will not work in most cases. The best option is to use the website to schedule an appointment - someone will get back to you within a few hours. Doctors here are really good and I'm grateful that they provide such great support even though they are so busy.

Our doctor here and staff have always helped our family and have been very empathetic and kind. The walk in clinic is extremely helpful and convenient. Highly skilled doctors and I always have confidence when I need to come here.

Went in for a walk in some time after 9am and only waited around 30 to 45 minutes to see a doctor. My doctor Debbie, was very nice and helpful. Would love to register here. Very nice and clean place with lovely plants which I'm sure gets taken care of professionally as they are too nice!

Although not a patient I've had a few visits re skin melanoma and they are so good and understanding as I have acute issues with all medical inviroments.. I would really love them to do covid vaxanations as I have walked out from the other vaxanation centers as they simply don't care and won't listen. Please Please start doing covid vaxanations it would certainly help me. Alan.

Busy place, staff are good. The doctor I saw diagnosed my problem accurately and the treatment worked fine.

I don't enjoy the service here much but heath sumpton is something special only because of him i give ur clinic 5 stars

Had an awesome experience here! They have a walk-in consultation service where you just rock up and wait to see a doctor This applies for casual visitors. Reception, the doctor and the people at the pharmacy were super helpful and friendly. I would recommend it for travelers!

I had to wait a while as I was a 'walk in' client but they let me know early on so was happy to wait. A lovely friendly bunch of people. Nurse and Dr knew their stuff and I have now registered with them. I would recommend.

Absolutely amazing service from people that clearly have a genuine desire to help. Sounds simple, but you don't get it everywhere. In the middle of a mental health crisis they prioritized me, put me in a quiet cubicle to wait, and were so understanding I felt infinitely better on leaving. Couldn't wish for better healthcare providers. Thank you.

The entire team at healthcare on 15th; from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors are just awesome! They really go the extra mile for all their patients. I have seen Dr Brad Little and Dr Heath Sumpton at 15th ave. Both are excellent and take the time to explain everything in depth. Nurses and reception staff are also VERY good, really happy with service overall.

Great reception staff, nurses and doctors. Glad we changed. Walk in clinic is a bonus when not able to make an appointment.

Don't like going to drs but was made welcome. Read to Grandchildren then in to see dr sumpton and even tho the children were hyper by then he remained calm and everything was no big deal..caring attitude by all.. maybe I won't leave it so long next time..highly recommend..thanks healthcare on 15th..😊
