L.Excellent care pre and post op for me- As I live out of town I wasn't keen on going backwards and forward unnecessarily and this was accommodated for. I had to wait a few months to have my non urgent procedure which was fine for me but I can see how this might be frustrating for some.
I'm a beauty therapist/RN and always refer my clients here especially for skin lesions. The great thing is that at your appointment your skin lesion will be dealt with at the time, if its deemed minor, saving lots of unnecessary trips backwards and forwards.
Staff are kind and efficient but it pays to plan ahead for non urgent appointments.
R.The specialist in attendance was a very engaging person and not only routinely check if there's anything wrong but encourage you to exercise to remain physically fit.

It's a huge relief, that I was taken seriously, made to feel comfortable, treated honestly, respected and shown compassion during my time of worry. Straight away you feel super comfortable and can have a bit of a laugh with her
She asks questions to find out what look you would like and suggests the best products and the best way to gain the results you want
She makes it as pain free as possible
The prices are very good in fact I drove 2hours to see her knowing I was in great hands
I wouldn’t go anywhere else I highly recommend Claire at Skin center tauranga for any fillers or Botox/dysport treatments reasonable price and exceptional service

a.12 working days gone by since my biopsy was taken and STILL hasn't been tested. after numinous phone calls I still haven't had my phone calls returned, I guess i'll have to wait till Tuesday now which will means it will be 15 working days since the procedure, It makes you wonder what the sample will be like at 15 working days old? or has it been lost? and I thought the skin center........... I'm really annoyed actually . Alan
At 5.55pm I received a welcomed call back reason for delay: no communication between pathology and Skin Center, and Skin Center hasn't followed up and communicated back to the patient, which is quite common in Tauranga.
