M.I walked into get my hearing aids battling a lot of personal demons. Paul and Tracey were both brilliant with me. Paul's first question was "what do you want?" and then he set about making it happen.
So thrilled with my hearing aids and so are my family. Would totally recommend them to anyone.
C.I found Allannah really great when I found I needed hearing aids. She treated me with the utmost respect, took the time to explain and answer all my questions. She went out of her way to come from another clinic to fit my appointments in for me. thanks to Allanah I can now hear better, I am no longer considering leaving my job as this was becoming an issue for me being in a front line position. I felt very comfortable with Allanah and would recommend her to anyone if they need hearing aids.
I also found Tracy (the receptionist) very welcoming too. She also made me feel comfortable as I was apprehensive about having to get hearing aids. She re-assured me and I would certainly recommend her too.
