Samantha has been super accomodating booking me in right at the very last minute. I had a blocked ear 3days before the holiday period starts, so I rang her office and she’s been very kind to squeeze me in in her already busy schedule. Such a life saver! Really good at explaining the process, very detailed and patient too. I highly recommend. I will be back here for a regular clean. Thanks Samantha.

Samantha is a life saver! I made a last minute booking as I woke up with a blocked ear. With quick succession, I was booked in for that morning and treated with great care. Excellent service, I would highly rate the service and care that Samantha does for her customers. I have been there twice and both times I have been very happy. She explains fully what she is going to do, she is knowledgeable and explains why things happen to your ears and how it relates to your hearing. Samantha was very informative, helpful and caring. Not only did she explain I didn't need her services, after checking both ears, she sent me away with the name of someone she trusted to test my hearing and she eased my fears about hearing loss. Not many people would waive their fee and tell you to put it towards a diagnostic hearing test. I definitely recommend Samantha at Easy Ear Care.

Absolutely amazing service! I randomly woke up with a blocked ear from wax build up that was bothering me throughout the day, I also had a flight to catch the next day so need to get it fixed ASAP. After a quick search online I came across Easy Ear Clean, I flicked Samantha a text explaining my situation as there was no more online bookings left. She called me a short while after and was able to fit me in that day! Very pleasant experience and I feel so much better. Definitely recommend to anyone needing their ears clean, and very reasonably priced.
