Went here in excruciating pain due to a piece of steel in my eye, they removed most of it, gave me anesthetic and arranged an appointment in Hamilton to have the rest taken out. Didn't charge me a cent, It was much appreciated

I had a very good experience with the staff who are lovely, and when I had a problem with my glasses they did everything they could to help to rectify it
